I was always insecure about my self cuz my classmates always body shamed me because a was a little chubbier than them but I don’t know how doing these exercises and stretching makes me forget the insecurity and develops my self esteem and makes me love my self more and more ❤

I feel u girl. I was fat shamed in 3rd grade and it hit really hard. But now I don’t get fat shamed, I get skinny shamed ( I have no idea if that’s a word) but after doing these workouts I like just feel better tbh

we all need that time to set and take long time doing nothing just siting with ourselves 🌊🪴 maybe writing or doing mediation or even do stretch! But to be honest I forget to give myself that time 😔💔 so when you upload video like this that make me back and sit with myself and take lonnng breath after that 🍃 thanks Anna, and team let's not forget to give ourselve that time even one time per week ❤❤

@@cristinabdm3516 einfach jede Woche zweimal üben. Gezielt low impact videos auswählen und durchziehen. Wenn man eine Übung nicht schafft ,eine Variante machen,. Notfalls kann man eine Minute lang auf der Stelle laufen.

Just got my periods yesterday morning. I was tired and I took rest. Today morning planned to go for a walk, but was not in a mood😐. And doing this now at night before bed and now I'm sleepy. The perfect video for today❤️.

There aren't any comparisons here, but I really fit your exercises. After 3 weeks of returning to working out, I have caught the rhythm of your HIIT and Cardio exercises and I can't wait to practice every day. one more time thank you very much. Anna please do more upper body workouts, stretching exercises are really great for the body 💖 I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

This was so wonderful and so needed. I experience chronic pain and my bodyhas been really inflamed and tightening up. This was the perfect stretches. I am definitely going to repeat this regularly 💜

Ich liebe Deine Workout. Das war Mega Workout 💪🏼👍🏼 Leider habe ich Probleme die 15kg Hantel lange genug zu halten. Hast Du vielleicht einen Tipp, die Haltekraft zu verbessern? Ansonsten, jedes Workout war bis jetzt ein Fest - weiter so... 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏼💝

Thank you for exercises help me alot ✨ Age: 26 🌱 I'm a girl.☀ before I started shiydf I was 165cm after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!! IT REALLY WORKS I'M SO HAPPY.
