I was always insecure about my self cuz my classmates always body shamed me because a was a little chubbier than them but I don’t know how doing these exercises and stretching makes me forget the insecurity and develops my self esteem and makes me love my self more and more ❤

I feel u girl. I was fat shamed in 3rd grade and it hit really hard. But now I don’t get fat shamed, I get skinny shamed ( I have no idea if that’s a word) but after doing these workouts I like just feel better tbh

we all need that time to set and take long time doing nothing just siting with ourselves 🌊🪴 maybe writing or doing mediation or even do stretch! @@cristinabdm3516 einfach jede Woche zweimal üben. Gezielt low impact videos auswählen und durchziehen. Wenn man eine Übung nicht schafft ,eine Variante machen,. Notfalls kann man eine Minute lang auf der Stelle laufen.
