I love the new video format. The countdown and subtitles are wonderful. Hubby and I call it “Dancing with Deron” So…an actual dance video would be great utilizing the moves/stretches you have taught us the last few years. Thank you for your work it has helped us immensely. Blessings to you.

Today I did this work out again and on the chair part I changed the playback speed to 1.25 and it was better. I love your exercises and the 30 minute cardio is my favorite with strengthening with weights included!!

I've been doing your 30 minute workout and saw this two part walking series today so tried it. I found the seated only for 15 minutes to be hard especially the marching. I really prefer the standing exercises. that being said I love your workouts!!

Seated does present different challenges for the muscles. I find marching in a chair tough sometimes too.

💙😁The ankle and waist and arm exercise is especially appreciated.I hope the ankle ones will improve my balance more,and my rotator cuff is still weirded out I think from over doing hand weights.Question: Muscle movement seems ok in itself,but " something " feels like a," Pinch"so moving it outward hurts a bit.Is it lack of collagen? Lack of abortion of milk,boron? Thank you for taking time out from your busy schedule.

❤ love these combined for 30 min.! I am more likely to do 2 - 30min. Workouts a day already combine$ for me than 4 -15 min. I have to combine myselfThroughout the day on my own…i don’t understand why, but 2 full workouts at 30 min. Each is easier motivational wise for me !🤷♀️
