Just remember if another character dies they lose ALL Resource, Discovery and Stronghold Artifacts (rules Page 14, recovery Rules), though you can still bring Locarno’s ship if he is dead if you bring the two religious characters for example.

Awesome playthrough, but you are still doing the same mistake with advance and charge. Advance is the shooty one, charge is the melee one. If the model gets a Rush or Charge, their range weapon does not matter. They have to try to get into melee at all costs. Advance is the one where they can move and then try to shoot. You're also still going through walls when you should not. Purple lines mean there is a solid wall there and no one can go through (Except Amalyn if she uses her special ability) EDIT: This was especially relevant with Grehk when he got surrounded by guarsdmen. It would have forced him to kill that one guardsman that was blocking his way. Instead you made him move through the wall when he can't do that. You got the description of the dungeon wrong as well, you have to run back to the elevator once you activate the power supply. You don't summon an elevator from any of the portals. (There are more small mistakes, but they don't massively affect the gameplay so there's no point being that nitpicky :P) EDIT: Yes, I know he films multiple episodes in a row and will do the same mistakes until he films again. You never know which messages will be read or not. As long as people are civil and do not irrationally flame Guerrilla, there is nothing wrong with pointing out mistakes in the gameplay.

I just did this stronghold last night and I was a bit confused on how to exit. I played it as you wrote by going back to the start elevator, which made it much harder. But I wasn't sure if this was correct. It says to end all the explorers need to be at the elevator, but it doesn't say "start elevator". Another strong hold has a clearly labeled start and exit elevator and you have to get off at the exit one. The other 2 strong holds seem to have other ways to finish that doesn't require summing an elevator from a portal. Having said that, I think I played it correctly by going back to the original elevator, but an official ruling would be nice.

@@raedkhalil6937 That was my first stronghold and man was it hard. I actually was doing really well and cleaned up the upper floor pretty fast, and I was trying to play by getting 3 6's with someone so I can go to the lower level and do the power supply thing 3 times and get out before the lower level guys spawned. I almost did it with the elder chick but I only manged to get 2 attempts instead of 3. Then all the enemies spawned and she almost died lol It took me forever to get out of the lower level slowly with everyone while being chased by endless hordes of spawning enemies. I ended up camping on top of the stairs and surrounding hexes to stop the enemies from following us, then the next turn with a well timed use of the ship that lets you keep all the destiny dice I was able to get everyone off to the elevator the next turn (with some initiate track manipulation with gambits and cover fire).

Hi I really think GmG creates cool content. I do not wish to criticize with this comment, just voicing my personal opinion. I chose to follow GmG due to the BSF content. The first couple of videos were great, I think and I learned a lot. I actually saw them more than once. However the last 3 videos have had a lot of errors in them. I actually think, that the amount/severeness of errors in this video is so high, that it does not represent a "real" BSF stronghold run, and therefor I personally lose interest. I have not seen the last videos to the end due to this. I will check the next couple of videos as well, to see if this changes then I might loose overall interest. I would prefer to have less content or lower production quality and increase correctness. This video is not only story telling its also game play. This is a personal preference of mine, I highly respect the effort needed to create content like this and I really like how its done and the entire experience looking at these videos.

To all the rules commenters, Guerrilla normally films several videos, back to back in one day and then release them every few weeks. So rules mistakes won't get corrected until they film again. Notice how they are dressed the same in this and the last video? The blue shirt might be a clue. But carry on flipping out.

Most commenters understand this. But he has been making the same mistakes since vid 1 and been reminded of them multiple times. At least the purple walls, advance/charge and the limit of extra dies/char...

@@johnmiddleton4291 ...and nobody is flipping out. Talking and commenting about the rules and play is part of the fun of watching battle reports. Ash covers a lot, but like you said, he probably only plays one game per day and films many episodes. So if he'd correct his mistakes... voilá we have many new reports without those rule fibs. (maybe with different mistakes but that's beside the point) :) Edit: well actually many people were quite critical in this one...

Isn't the normal First covering fire and then gambits? Page 8 combat book activation dice, initiative, covering fire and gambits last. Also beastmen when charging get +1 move

yes, first covering fire, then gambits. in reality, they haven't got to the 2nd Stronghold, they did it by cheating all the way through the game. I don't like it.

Just got one quick question though, was UR025 forced to sit this mission out due to injuries in the last mission or did you just add that narrative so you could play some other dudes?

they are not reading this.. but still... destiny dice - 2 per a character/turn. Not more than that. I rewatched that again... and Pious Vorne used 3 destiny dice. She is already super OP and then cheating like this. Shame.

I must have missed this rule on my read through, I thought you could use as many as you want/need per character/turn. Where can I find it in the rules book? Gotta admit it does make the game more fun using more than just 2 destiny dice.

and again - when they "come back" it is not "hurray" but it is an exact quantity of Traitor guardsmen stated in the rule book. I'm not sure that there is a 'one" coming back. They always come back in big packs. Disliked the video again.
