Oh my goodness now I know how to use my Gujeolpan tray that a cousin gifted me while visiting Korea! My mother had told me that it was used for Korean royal court cuisine, but she passed away before she could teach me how to prepare the delicacies for it. Thank you Maangchi

Your videos remind me of my husband. He was a marine engineer on tankers. He traveled the world but learned to love Korean dishes a great deal. This was one of the meals that impressed him a lot. The ability to make a different flavor profile with every bite fascinated him. He liked the table top grilling the most !
