Beans and legumes are extremely difficult to digest as they are both carbs (very complex) and protein . I am actually very intolerant to red kidney beans (and lentils too) - and raw kidney beans can actually kill you so SOAK legumes overnight and I really would recommend taking a food intolerance test before picking up the items in the video. In general for gut health, buy good quality DIGESTIVE ENZYMES (for me it works better than probiotics). Use herbs especially coriander, oregano, turmeric. Supplements like milk thistle, burdock Root, vitamin B (helps digest fat) are soo good.

When I was 16-17 I had terrible gut health. It started out with specific foods that would trigger stomach cramps and eventually it just seemed random. Didn't seem to matter what I ate or drank, I would just randomly get extreme pain in my stomach. It eventually wasn't a problem years later but we never found out what caused the issue. We thought it was Gluten sensitivity but it turned out to not be that.

So, I found out today that “Gut bacteria also produce hundreds of neurochemicals that the brain uses to regulate basic physiological processes as well as mental processes such as learning, memory and mood. For example, gut bacteria manufacture about 95 percent of the body's supply of serotonin, which influences both mood and GI activity.”

“Hydrochloric acid is like an enzyme we produce to break food down.” I know the valley accent doesn’t connote intelligence, but Hcl is not an enzyme. It’s acid. S r. That pain your feeling is good. Your bodys reaction of letting you know, its getting rid of inflammation, adipose cells, riding your colon, small intestine, large intestine and appendix from old bacteria and parasites which has been in you for the longest. Once the pain is over, after you keep drinking ACV, you wont feel pain, but doesnt mean you have to stop, theres still alot in our digestive tract walls. Mucus and all. Continue to prosper.
@rubywarda68715 жыл бұрын
Mix acv with a cup of warm water and fat ( coconut oil, oils or ghee ) and sip slowly. The fat coats the inner lining of the stomach and esophagus so it doesn’t get irritated.
