Today, I am glad to introduce you to very cool and tasty pistachio truffles!
Pistachio truffles! Candy with pistachio filling!
My Recipe:
25 g Pistache Paste (or Urbech)
35 g Softened Butter
80 g Cream 33% fat (I used farm cream 34% fat)
170 g White chocolate
35 g Pistachio flour
35 g Almond flour
Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the pistachio paste and gently boil the mass (the paste should dissolve in the cream).
Dissolve chocolate in a hot mass. Add softened butter and stir until smooth.
Pour the pistachio ganache into a glass dish and cover tightly with plastic wrap until it cools completely.
For box sweets, the filling should be slightly warmed up in the microwave for 10 seconds.
