Hey, I always thought coffee causes inflammation, having edema I been avoiding my favorite morning drink for a year because of it's acidity, I think, and hope I can get a explanation on this one please. A real coffee lover.

I fall asleep reading, but I use my Kindle and have it on "blue shade". Is this ok? If I were to read a physical book, I would need a light on and I don't think I could fall asleep with a light on. Thanks for any helpful input!

Any natural remedies for a tremor disorder? Nothing else is wrong. Just shaking getting worse with age. Dr says hereditary. It runs in the family.
