Mini Quiche muffins
1 zucchini
1 cup bell pepper
2 cups mushrooms
1/2 medium onion
1 cup kale
1 block extra firm tofu, drained
1/3 cup unsweetened plant milk
1/ tsp salt
2 tsp curry powder
Finely chop your veggies. Heat a pan over medium high heat and add in 2 tbsp of water. Saute the veggies in water until soft (about 5 minutes). Blend together your tofu, plant milk, salt and curry powder.
Add your veggies in a large bowl and pour the blended ingredients over top and mix together. Lightly spray a muffin tin with oil or use baking cups. Add your mixture into 12 equal parts between the cups.
Bake on 400 for 30 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clear . Let cool 30 minutes before removing from muffin tray. Store in an airtight container in fridge up to 5 days .
Mango chia pudding
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup diced mango (fresh or frozen)
Blend mango lightly in your blender. Mix together chia seeds, maple syrup and plant milk. Next mix in 1/2 cup of the blended mango. Place in a jar and top with extra mango. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes to set or do this the night before and just grab and go.
Breakfast Cookie
1/2 mashed banana or 1/2 cup pumpkin puree/applesauce
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup instant oats or oat flour
2 tbsp plant milk
1 tsp pb2 (for peanut butter flavor)
1/4 tsp baking powder
Mix together and put on parchment paper and form into a cookie shape. Add 1 tsp vegan chocolate chips and a pinch of salt. Bake in air fryer or oven on 350 for 10-15 minutes (check at 10 minutes).
Breakfast Burrito
1 whole grain tortilla
1/4 cup pre cooked potatoes
1 cup mixed veggies
1/4 block tofu, cubed
1/4 cup refried beans
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp chili powder, smoked paprika and garlic salt
Add potatoes, spices, tofu and veggies into a pan over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Try to cook off any excess water before taking out of the pan and let this mix cool for a bit before wrapping.
Add beans and veggie mix to the tortilla, roll up and brown lightly on a pan. Enjoy by itself or with some avocado or cashew sour cream.

Thank you Hannah for emphasizing the importance of living a well-balanced life. I will not give up my wine, nor should I - or anyone else who chooses to partake. I eat 85%-90% plant based. My husband and I go out for dinner once a week (he's a musician so I'm usually socializing 1 or 2 days a week) and I enjoy a glass or 2 of wine along with (usually) a pasta veggie/sauce dinner. I don't worry about added oil. You have to enjoy life - it's too short!! I'm 63 and who knows how much longer any of us have. So live-your-life and enjoy yourself! -And especially enjoy the food you choose to eat! Thank you for all the delicious recipes!

by plant based do you mean whole food plant based, or just generally plant based? You don't mean 15-10% animal based food?

You'll go through phases. Ill eat the same breakfast for a week and then do the same thing with another one a week later haha

I’m stuck on avocado toast! But the Texas version is using spicy guac 🥑 instead so I think it’s better when there’s some flavor

@@kristinLB Haha same, kinda, overnight oats with my own soy based yoghurt with 50 grams of berries (i alternate those), some cinnamon, 2 tbsp of ground flax and a banana. Each day for years now, the only thing thats different is saturday and sunday (a fresh baked loaf from the bakery). I'm happy i don't get bored with it, it's so easy.

Ditto to everybody who is thanking you for being honest about taking a balanced approach to this. Every time I swing out of balance I end up just falling off the wagon! I think it’s much better to enjoy my whole food plant-based meals with the occasional ridiculous moment! I really appreciate you saying this! It tends to be a little unpopular in that WFPB community

I think the biggest reason that I always failed my diet is because I was too strict with what I was eating. Always ended up binging and giving up. I have been following Hannah's meal plan recipes, I am literally full all day.. too full to eat anything else lol I have no desire to eat snacks and no craving junk food.. It is my day 4, and I've lost 4lbs already! And I feel amazing!!!! Thank you Hannah 💖

I tried three of the recipes so far. All are great! I added some liquid stevia to the cookie and replaced some of the oats with quinoa flour, and I used raisins instead of chocolate chips. You’re very creative and resourceful! Will try the burrito soon.

I love your recipes! Enjoying your Lean and Clean ebook. You have a great sense for flavor combinations that work! Had to write all of these down. I miss tapioca pudding so looking forward to the chia pudding:) The quiches and cookie would be excellent grab and go! Even the burrito:)

Don’t be afraid of fats Hannah they won’t make you fat. You can eat even more than you are rn. Tahini is amazing in pasta too and for dressings and pasta sauces. My uterus and joints have benefited a lot. I recommend seeing if you change your relationship more with healthy fats of all kind. 💗💗💗

The mango chia pudding is so good! I didn't have maple syrup,so I added 1/2 a ripe banana to the milk + mango in the blender. Now I want to try other fruits!

HI, Hannah I went vegan 3 yrs ago after watching your videos and watching What the Health. It was the best decision in my life. I appreciate the higher protein meals u did in this video. I've been lifting for the last 1yr and have been trying to make my low fat, high carbs meals have more protein. So thanks for the wonderful ideas.

Love my oatmeal in the morning Hannah! Since I have started adding a little more fat I have been losing weight. Whereas when I was doing under 10g of fat a day I struggled. Oats will keep me full for a long time. Thanks for sharing 🚴‍♀️💪💚

You’re one smart Vegan Cookie 🍪.. It’s ALL about M O D E R A T I ON ! I went through the Diet crazies of the 70’s 🙄along w Jane Fonda 🤮 & Richard Simmons (👍) For the last 15 years I’ve been pescatarian … & walk . I keep my weight within 5 pounds my personal goal is to not exceed 130…. My best weight is 122-125 . I also find a day or two of fasting to balance it all out is beneficial along with intermittent fasting especially as you age ! I’m 70 so my metabolism has slowed down … & I don’t need a lot of food 🥗 and volumizing my meals with lots of veggies is satisfying! Keep up the GREAT work 👍

Hi Hannah , Amen to emphasizing a well balanced life. This is SO important and valuable information for those living a whole foods plant based lifestyle. It gets so frustrating to watch so many other influencers sharing a plant based lifestyle and not realizing the real world we live in. I too am 90% plant based but we are not living in isolation and we all know the challenges we have when we go out to restaurants etc. I know the servers must think I am nuts with all of my requests like "very very little oil please" or having that glass of wine. If we live most of our lives eating the correct way what is once or twice a week with a slight deviation going to do to us??? Thank you again for your support in our community and wonderful recipes. I tried the chia pudding this morning and it was fantastic!!

these look so good!! i've always wanted to try baked oats and this seems like an easy way to make it. i also appreciate the protein because as someone that lives a pretty active lifestyle i find that a lot of vegan recipes will have almost no protein or at least not enough for me haha

Great video - i'm still working with my issues at age 60 I'm trying to kickstart my metabolism I'm still working on sleep -- I made a little improvement but this past night was the disaster and it makes me hesitate to be less strict but the last two days I let myself even have some vegan junk food and did my best to not beat myself up just let myself enjoy it.... I'm trying to enjoy my food more and I love his recipes I think you're so creative and fun trip in the new face I want embrace which is having a little more joy being a little less strict with the eating

Omg this is just what I needed! Ive been Vegan for 1 1/2 years and I am sooooo over oatmeal! I watched this and went straight to the kitchen and the quiche is in the oven right now. Good Morning, Hannah. Libra here too. I get the whole balance idea, because we really need it. When trying to lose weight, balance for me is important because I actually feel depressed cutting out so much flavor. We need to add it back in other ways. I would add the chocolate chips into the cookie and after 10 minutes at 350° flip it and cook 2 to 5 minutes more so it's crispy on both sides. But, yes, delicious!

Yes! The 100% perfect no oil/never processed was no attainable for me. This is much more doable.
