I could never have imagined the phenomenal difference of having a black yogi. I am a beginner at yoga practice and I’ve never followed a poc yogi before. But there’s something safe about seeing someone that looks like me instructing me. I didn’t think there would be a difference but I’m glad I found your channel ❤️

Arianna let me just say your spirit is absolutely beautiful and calming. First of all, thank you for the extra long shivasana (I probably butchered the spelling). I had to put you on pause, because the birds outside of my home started chirping at the same time. It was beautiful!!! Then you blew me away with the scripture at the end. I had just read Joshua 1 before I started my yoga session with you, and I knew the LORD was admonishing me to be courageous as I build the business He's given me for His glory. good morning. this was a great start to getting back to work after a week vacation. i did this video a month ago and realized by the end i was out of breath. a little while ago i went to a another video you had giving out tips for beginners. one tip was the no breather lol. i did it again today with the intention of breathing. Thanks for the tip. i feel so silly but i realize i need to focus on my breathing better! Thank you very much.

Thank you.. Great flow. The instruction to part my teeth but keep my lips closed was new to me. It helped me relax my jaw. The ending sequence of closed hands going from your head, mouth and heart was a great and easy to remember practice.

In camel pose, its best to submit and breathe into the posture by allowing your head to rest back fully ( unless you have pain) rather than attempt to hold your head up which will feel like work rather than a nice opening in the throat.

Totally normal! Hold yourself up for as long as you can and then gently bring your Kees to the floor. Breathe. and keep trying! Time and consistency will create more strength!
