I’m not going to lie, this workout was so tough for me that at some points I almost cried. I did when it was finally over too. That was hard!!!! I know I’ll get stronger in my upper body at some point, so I made it through, and did my best. Looking forward to tomorrow’s workout! 🥵🥵🥵🥵❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oh my goodness, yes! I wasn't sure I was doing it right on the first side because I didn't feel much, but literally was unable to do the left side...guess it's pretty clear I'm right-handed! I bent my lower leg and used the top one as a counterweight which helped, but yikes!

That was a fantastic arm (chest, shoulder, tricep) workout! I really liked seeing dips in there, along with all the other bodyweight moves (got the core involved). My arms will certainly be feeling this for the next day or two. Thanks so much, Heather!!!

@Heather Robertson Your workouts make a big difference in how I look and feel. 🥰 I am feeling stronger and for the most part, can follow along with the video. 💪 But regarding this workout, is there an alternative to the "walking plank"? My body weight and gravity make it impossible to get through 40 seconds of doing it without dropping the proper form. 🥵Could it be done on the knees? Thank you in advance for your guidance. 🙏

Tougher than I thought but then again I kind of knew those body weight ones were gonna be 🔥 I'm modifying planks to on my knees until my core gets stronger & my form improves 👌🏻

Turns out I have very little upper body strength when it comes to bodyweight exercises 😳 I was wobbling all over the place for those side lifts so tried to modify and the up and down planks at the end always end up with me flat on my face 😂. Pushed through and done 😊🎉

You need to workout only when you make KZbin or when you train people. But, when your private you need to get many rest . Take many sleep relaxes yourself do not workout! You know?workout is very good But, if too much workout is very bad for health also. Safe your stay young and safe your long life.
