Today's full body Kettlebell HIIT workout is a killer!! Two HIIT style circuits to get through full of some intense total body kettlebell exercises. If you don't have a kettlebell you can always modify and perform this home workout with a single dumbbell. Just do your best and follow along!

Workout Breakdown: Warm Up
2 HIIT Kettlebell circuits 40s work + 20s rest x 2 rounds each
Cool Down + Stretch
Equipment Needed: 1 kettlebell (or dumbbell) + exercise mat or other soft surface. *I'm using a 15lb kettlebell in this workout.

This was so good! Can I just say, it is so SO helpful that most of your videos don't talk about fat burn etc, for those recovering from eating disorders and troubled relationships with exercise. Mostly amazing, straightforward workouts without shaming language. Please please continue like that!

This was SUCH a GOOD workout! I don’t know why, but I was so intimidated looking at this video, I even procrastinated my calendar workout by a whole day. In the end I decided to just take it one exercise at a time, used my lighter dumbbell where my 8kg kettlebell was too much, and rocked it! The 50 minutes just flew by and I feel great.

This was amazing, Heather! The full 40-minute actual workout (excluding warm up/cool down) is the sweet spot!!! Adding to my favorites for so many reasons--sweet spot time, mix of weights and cardio, great music, and variety of exercises! You killed it on this one and looking forward to more like this one! Thanks for these videos ... I just found you after trying EVERYONE on KZbin ... love that you don’t talk, have music, clearly lay out transitions, make timing obvious... and they are all different never the same ... it’s all the things!

Awesome! I had decided yesterday that this week's workout theme for me would be your kettlebell workouts and this was waiting for me. I just got my kettlebell today and broke it in with this workout! I enjoyed the workout a lot! I love that there is no talking and the cooldown was fantastic. Looking forward to trying more of your videos!

Just when I thought that the daily workouts were too short, you made my day! Thank you for the challenging and varied workout. I have missed my kettle bell. My fiancé and I have depended on these workouts since the beginning of the Pandemic and recently graduated from the 12-week program much improved in mental and physical health. Wow! First time trying this one ! I don’t have a kettlebell so, I used my dumb bells and I got a great workout. I love this one! Different moves with burpees raising your HR. One of my favs total body strength workout. HR 147 Calories 290. Friday workout done ✅ back tomorrow for CSC ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love this one !
