Yes totally agree. Warm up and cool down are such an important part of the workout. I workout in the morning so need the warm up to get moving right out of bed

Loved this!! There is an error around the 17 min mark for the curl sit up. On the second rep, the 10 sec demo counts down for the sit up curl, but the 40 min exercise cuts to the ninja curl instead.

I’ve always been really active but have had an excruciating 2- year long flare up with my chronic illness, it was so bad I could barely do 10 minutes of walking most days. And TODAY Today, I finally, FINALLY finished a 20 minute Heather Robertson workout!!!! 😭😭🙌❤️🔥 I’m so proud of myself. Deeply grateful to my body. And So proud of my body and soul for not giving up. Thank you for this workout! ❤

Thanks Heather, this is great. I did notice that there's a mismatch in the video transition between 17 and 19 minutes (seems there's an issue with the arrangement of superset 4) - check it out. Otherwise this is wonderful!

Thanks you for these 20 minute full body workouts (with warm up and cool down). They are just what I need and am able to squeeze into my schedule. They don't take too much of my energy but seem to be effective and motivate me to do them where I'd never find the motivation (or time) for a longer without. And being full body workouts they don't require planning. I can just do one whenever I have the time and have all the major muscle groups activated. Really just what I need at the moment. Than you, again.

I wish I could hug you and tell you in person the difference you’ve made in my life! Haha! I have been doing your workouts for over a year and I’m so grateful for them! I love your format, style, variety! I get a great workout and fe l so much better!! I’m grateful for all of your amazing and free content! I’m sooo excited!! I’ve been recovering from a year long flare up from a chronic illness I battle, and I had to give up strength training and most workout styles I love in order to heal for a year. I can now finally add in weights again, you were one of my favorite trainers so to be able to return and COMPLETE the sweat sesh means more than you know. THANK YOU for this!!

This was excellent! 20 minutes of this intensity or even 30 is totally doable without over stressing my body. The one hour workouts are a bit much for me and I’ll either have to work up to them or modify them. I really like that song “stay, stay, stay”. This kind of tempo is really excellent for workouts!

Love the workout for days with long run training. Appears to be an editing error as one video track is repeated 3 times instead of two. Figured it out though…thanks for sharing these. I love the variety of compound exercises!
