Let me get back with you on that, I cant remember exactly. I just know they're 14x1.5 size lug nuts.

They are Monster brand, part number 33006L for a set of 20 and 33002L for a set of 4 locking nuts. But this could be the part number for the purple. Either way the brand is Monster.
