Yes, you can. I'm using henna and indigo on my eyebrows (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aaDJna2aedOdfc0si=ijCrYbVQAu3O7mIq). Be careful not to get cassia in your eye. If you have never used cassia before, make sure to do a patch test to ensure you are not allergic or sensitive to this plant.
