Favorite workout! Please include more barre exercises!

This was the exercise combination I didn't know I needed! Barre is the sneaky powerhouse that packs a WAY bigger punch than it might seem from the outside looking in (read: ballerinas aren't dainty; they're brickhouses!). And HIIT never fails to get the sweat drops rolling. . Plus, I absolutely adore this lady's videos: the variety (i.e. the NO REPEATS!!! options), the countdowns so I can pace myself and keep the end in sight, the previews so I know what's next, the just-right music, the no-talking-from-her (LOL). I just cancelled my fitness app because Heather Robertson's channel gives me exactly what I need to stay fit daily. YEEESSS!

hey! I just wanted to say that I'm a yogi and former dancer and struggle with hypermobility - your low-impact hiit-style workouts are perfect because they focus on deep muscle strengthening and stability, they're some of the only workouts I feel like I can do consciously and safely these days. This workout was AMAZING! I do low-impact/low intensity on Wednesdays, I usually alternate between your yoga fusion & pilates fusion workouts, and I'm always looking for new workouts to switch it up. This one was the perfect amount of burn, sweat, and stretch, and it left me feeling energized, at peace, and ready for whatever the day may bring. Thank you!

I of course love your regular HIIT workouts and will always go back to them but I love how you’ve been branching out lately to some other workouts! It helps get me out of my rut of always doing the same type of workouts. 😉

I always wanted to try barre. I signed up for my first class when covid hit, so it was canceled. So this was a great treat today. Thank you, Heather. Your varied workouts drawing on yoga, pilates, barre, HIIT, strength, cardio is what sets you apart from the others. The workouts alleviate boredom and physiologically benefits the body. I love the chair!

Heather, I wish you had a whole program of barre! I love what Barre does for my body. Lifting weights is great but Barre moves my body in different ways and is so therapeutic for my back and joint issues. Please consider this for the future. I have done a lot of Barre classes. At first this class seemed deceptively easy. It really built up a slow burn; it got my heart pumping, and I felt my body temperature rise!

Today was supposed to be my rest day. But i couldn't resist to try this class. OMG heather, when u do this u look like an angel dancer. But im completely disaster. Sweaty ah 😁. Love it so much heather. This is the cutest way to make me stay away from my couch ❤️

This was a perfect low impact workout for a body full of preexisting injuries and pain. Great format, sequencing, and intensity. Will be cueing up more!

Enjoyed doing this! Worked a ton of sweat doing this , and I was able to modify the jumping squat, thanks to your video showing modifications. Love how "exercised" I felt after this workout, minus the huffing and puffing.

More videos like this please!! I have osteoarthritis in my hip and I'm only 39 years young.. these exercises really help with stretching and strengthening ... less impact of my joints versus high impact HIIT.

I thoroughly enjoyed this workout - it hit the spot between challenging, doable, interesting, and fun! The segment with the bell ring w/o the countdown helped me focus more on the pose rather than how much time was leftover. Looking forward to the next video workout!

I’ve dabbled in barre classes (mostly last year) and this workout was one of the best!! No joke it’s a SWEAT session but it’s got all of the lengthening flexibility improving moves to go along with the cardio element! Heather, this style of workouts (your yoga and pilates infusions included) are some of my all time favorites! THANK YOU!

Hi Heather, I just wanted to say THANKS for this amazing workout. I went to ballet classes when I was a child, from 5 to 13, I had to quit the classes because my parents wanted me to study more, I was not getting the best marks because I use to spend all evenings and weekends at ballet classes and I kind of regret that. I was about to start to learn how to teach ballet... Anyway, It felt like I was having one of those clases, they were very effective and body shapping... Thank you so much, I enjoy your workouts and many people also do. Keep going! Thanks!

I enjoyed this as a change of pace. Doing R2W11 of 12-week challenge with my husband but today we couldn't work out together, and also I had time late in the day so it was nice to have the workout a bit more soothing. Wasn't expecting the pop-squats!
