Did this just now and had sweat dripping from my head which hardly happens to me. I hate burpees just cos they're intimidating but decided to push past that and just get used to them. Awesome workout👍

@@purshottamcreations3877, yes I did. in one and half years, I lost 12 kgs. I didn't stick to the same video, depending on my mood each morning, I used to do whichever of hers I wanted to.

The result I’ve had from ur workouts is amazing!! Loads of people have been telling me I’ve been loosing weight but sometimes u don’t see it yourself,, even my P.E teachers!! I’ve gone down 3 dress sizes, still not where I want to be but still an amazing result! Xx

I normally skip the longer workouts... I do them in the evening so I like quick effective ones but I decided to go for it tonight, it was tough and I felt like giving up at 13 mins but I kept going and I now feel super proud 😃 (and sweaty 😅)

Glad to hear that, hehe im gonna start my work out tommorow morning, only tried the 7 min workouts. So 20 mins is like 3 times those workouts. Looks fun so im excited!!!

Doing the intermediate level workout. Day 1: Done, took breaks 3 times as i have done another workout before,, sweating buckets Day 2: Done, took a 1.5 min break in between, sweating buckets Day 3: Done, took a 30 second break in between, still sweating buckets and getting ready for another of her workouts. Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: After day 3, I had to travel and working on a busy schedule. I will restart after coming back home and definitely post the results for those who are following this comment :) Started doing this again after a vacation: Day 1: took a break at 11 mins for 1.5 minutes Day 2: took a break at 11 mins for 1.5 minutes, took a break for 30 seconds again at 15.30 mins.. Day 3: took a break at 12.30 mins for 30 seconds and after finishing this workout, I still have energy left to do another workout 💪. Sweating buckets💥 Day 4: No break. Sweating buckets as usual and ready to do another workout 💪 💪 Done all the 7 days and lost a kg (with portion control) Tried this workout again after a gap of one week and I could do it without any breaks and I still have energy left for another workout 💪 yaaayyyy 💃

Hi Lucy, I stumbled upon your channel and it has been the BEST exercise to get me back into shape. You see I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June of 2019. After going through chemo, a mastectomy, and severe neuropathies from the chemo, I thought I was never going to be able to exercise. So I tried one of your twenty minutes workouts and I actually broke out into a sweat! That was about 3 weeks ago and I have been doing one of your routines daily! Thank you so much for your enthusiasm, your energy and your love for others in creating this ministry to help those of us who had almost given up. I’m hoping to keep improving as I continue my healing journey ❤️❤️❤️

Haven’t worked out for a good while now and have piled on the pounds. It’s really effected my self confidence and have really started to doubt myself. This morning I decided enough was enough! I signed myself up for a 10k race next May and feel so determined. Just done this workout and feel amazing. It really shows that exercise boosts your mood! Such an amazing full body cardio that is within a doable time frame, minimal intervals to catch breath and not trigger cortisol. I am grateful to bump into your videos as I was searching for weight loss full body workouts. Hope to see some results!

Stopped at 18:30. I ran out of breath. This one is extremely challenging for me 🤣 Way more than HIIT one (always opted for beginner). Will try again tomorrow 💪. Day 2: Done 20", 90% intermediate part. Wohoo! I thought I couldnt do it but I just did. Miracle 🤣

I love this lady and her workout plans. I get much more out her workouts than I do going to the gym. I'm committed to doing 1 hour of her workouts daily on the beginning mode. But will challenge myself to move to the right with several workouts. Had two knee replacements , so some of floor/knee workouts just don't work well for me, but I'm also starting yoga and hope that will help.my flexibility. Thank you Lucy for these workouts.

I really enjoyed doing this workout lucy ! thank you. Usually, I steer clear of the 20 minute workouts - due to my joint condition. I decided to try this first thing this morning and because you put it such a wide variety of moves, I felt I could manage it better ! so THANK YOU !!!! The only one I couldn't manage was the high knees, can you suggest an alternative to that move ? xxx

Thank you very much Lucy for this amazing video. I am literally sweating like I've done a hard workout. It's better than going to the gym in the comfort of your own home. I have been doing your 7 minutes arm exercise for 7 days. All my body is toned up. Thank you very much. You have so many videos you can do whenever you feel like it. I stan u lucy.. i do!!!.. u are a true inspiration. Usually i would do a combination of 3 or 4 of ur seven minutes challenge and a walking workout so it would round abt to an hour of working out. Doing it for the past three weeks. But today i decided to challenge myself and did ur tone every zone video and this 20min workout. I was able to do 90% of ur intermediate moves and am soo happy. Tq Lucy. This is my fav workout so far. My next target is the ultimate calorie burner

I did her work outs last year fell really poorly then found myself busy then not eating properly then eating crap so decided to change my life get fit again get back onboard LWR fitness train again. Looking forward to my weight loss journey again🩷. Good luck to everyone who’s on the same journey🩷🙌🏾

After a year and a half of uni and no more ballet training, my I barely recognise my body anymore. I am taking a stand and I am committing myself to doing this every other day...ready to start getting fit again :)

Just completed this workout. Thank you! I liked the skater's lunge move and the squat + raise your arms across move since those had me breathing harder😥😊.
