I love this one!!! I remember seeing this episode for the first time years and years ago. It was the first time I had seen EW in anything since he was a little boy and he was such a bastard in this role. Also I thought it was relly awesome that they show us that his mom had been watching the interrogation all along! Homicide was the best cop show EVER! Thanks for posting this!!

I forgot that Sagan Lewis (St Elsewhere alum) was in this episode. A lot of them made guest appearances on this show (David Morse comes to mind). Excellent casting call by Tom Fontana (his former wife/wife). Both great shows with terrific ensemble casts.

You're welcome! I don't know anyone who has the full version of this episode, but it is out on DVD though as part of season 5, possibly rent it through Netflix. Strangely enough, this episode was on the Sleuth channel just last week (not sure if you have that channel). But this episode is scheduled to air again on Superstation WGN channel (again, not sure if you have this channel) on Thursday, May 15 at 12 p.m. EST. This is one of my favorite episodes as well.

Creepy performance from Elijah, I'm impressed. You can see a little of Sin City's Kevin there. And of course top notch acting from the Homicide regulars. Man, I love that show - when are we going to be able to buy in the UK, eh?

@pmdressage Yes he was! When I first started to watch the show (jumped on during the Sniper episode) I favored Bayliss at first, but by the end of that season, I just absolutely loved Meldrick Lewis! Such and underused character, and underrated actor on the show!
