Doing this for a week challenge 🙇🏻‍♀️ Day 1 ✅ Done but it was a bit hard to do Day 2 ✅ Done and still hard to do Day 3 ✅ done and i am swimming with my sweat 🥵 Day 4 ✅ this workout is a killer 🦦❤️

Sorry for not updating but i actually do it for 14 days straight 🔥 For the result i am gonna be quite honest about it .. i felt it toned my body a lot and it gave me a lot of strength .. but its not your first choice to lose body fat .. if u enjoy doing this but looking for a fire fat burn i recommend doing it with some cardio exercises as well Wish every one the best 🫶🏻 I love you girlss community ❤️

(Doing for 1 week as I have a tour on the 30th) Day 1✔️ MY ABS AND BOOTY! SHEESH! This is a KILLER WORKOUT! Belly: 88.5 cm R thigh: 58 cm L thigh: 55 cm DAY 2✔️ My butt was on fire! Guys! When I Say don't miss this workout I mean it! DAY 3 (skipped :( ) My body was very sore and I was under the weather today. Continue tomorrow. DAY 4✔️ I definitely was stronger today! I unfortunately cannot continue! We are going on 'vacation' tomorrow where I plan to rest. I will start her latest workout after my tour

I'm going to be doing this for two weeks. Day 1: done! Pretty hard, I had never done anything like this before. Day 2: done! Today it went easier, but still a bit hard. Day 3: rest day. Day 4: done. Update: so I stopped, because I kind of forgot, but I'm starting again. Day 1: done! Felt the burn.

I am 166 lb! I was 170 less than a week ago you truly are a miracle - Up I got to 157 but I went into a beinge eating spiral and I gained 20 lbs 😢 so here I am starting again wish me luck 🍀

Day 1 ✅ *It was definitely hard in the start but i did my best by thinking abt the result I'm going to get.ofcourse i couldn't do every single step like her but I'm sure as days pass by i can do it.

WOW, these workouts are short but EFFECTIVE...I'm sweating and my abs are BURNING! I'm trying to do one of your workouts everyday so I can build and work my way up to 30 minutes (I don't think I can do it)....your workouts are tough and I used to do HIIT workouts everyday up until three months ago...Yoga and this has been my new thing....except I'm struggling with Pilates. THANK YOU for AMAZING CONTENT!

Did a 30 minute weighted workout before this but I gotta say this hit so much harder. edit: been doing this for a few days. I can already see a difference. Also I changed to a different weighted workout that's does more effect.

Doing it for as long as I can (actually) 44 kg Day 1-✅ not as hard as I thought it would be, had to take 2 brakes! also doing a flat stomach 6 min workout in the evening by lily Day 2-✅ still no progress I mean it’s only been 2 days and no brakes needed, kind of hard.

I am 66. and ride that peloton an hour and a half every day and trust me every bone in my body hurts but no pain no game so I just keep doing it because I’m afraid if I stop I’m just gonna my bones are just gonna fall off me so I just keep going. 😻🤣

I love your videos ❤. Could you please in the future make one with weights at home to gain lot of muscle mass on things, hips and butt to create a thick lower body like the Kardashians? I know if we don't have the genetics we won't get as thick naturally, but something for us skinny girls with ugly rectangle body shape, so we can get some lower body curves and look more hourglass figure😅. ❤❤❤❤❤. I think we maybe need weighted exercises. Not all of us want to be lean, many of us ( specially those of us who are young) , want to be curvy slim thick like Kyle.

In Pilates we never use heavy weights as it is hard on the body. We usually use 2 pounds(occasionally). If you want a body like a Kardashian, save up enough money to get a bbl surgery that’s the only way. Working out may tone your butt, but will never make you thick like a Kardashian. Maybe try eating a lot of protein and lots of calories and you may get “thick”

@@emma222bb thanks for answer, I though only some of her videos were pilates, ( I have never done pilates so I am not an expert) . Money is not a problem, but me having 0 fat cos I have a super fast metabolism is the problem, and I am one of those ppl who eat a lot and never put on 1 kilo. I already asked plastic surgeons who told me I can't get bbl ( which I think is what Kylie did) , because I have no fat for it. And silicon butt implants look really fake, I have seen a lot of them on the beach this summer in Spain, so I don't want silicone ones. But thanks for suggestions ❤

In my opinion, which I do not know much.. but There are exercises that can make your waist smaller. Doing workouts for hip dips can widen your hip/booty area and therefore will give the appearance of an hourglass 😀 youtube.com/@georgiapeachshay I try to do workouts for both! Hope that helped

try doing it on your knees and after each push up go into puppy position. I dont really know how to explain so just google the puppy position in yoga

Imma do this for 10 days🙌 Feeling like my belly is too much even tho it’s not 😭🤘- before-Waist: approx 70cm? Mby less? Day 1st: ✅ hard af!
