@FireEmeralds76 don’t worry man look around the gym- 95% of the time you’ll see people with less than 225 on the bar, including young guys. My 1 rep squat max is like 405, but I think it’s harder to do 40 reps of 225 as quickly as you can.

haha i hear you! However warming up the hamstrings does do a ton for squat technique for those with any sort of mobility issues - worth giving it a shot if you can relate.

Good stuff. Def appreciate the logic of the warmup routine (i.e., starting from the ground up with calves). And back extensions are totally underrated.

Never saw someone doing the tibia, nice. In my gym we dont have a machine, but a improvised equipment to do it.

A lot of bodybuilders squat with less ROM than powerlifting rules. Not here to argue about depth but for the most part the pros I see with great legs do sometimes fail to hit parallel and have zero issues growing.

That’s actually great advice- when I was a noob I’d do this pre exhaustion stuff before big compounds like guys on KZbin, which resulted in terrible workouts for a natty.
