Lilly I have a question: I am 13 and I want to be in better shape I am very tall for my age. Would you still recommend your workouts even though I am young?

I think it’s good to start young, BUT!! remember that your body is still growing a lot and just entering puberty, so you should NOT do any dieting or limit your eating. of course, it’s important to eat healthy and have a good relationship with your food. but at your age, you should not at all limit yourself to any diets because it can negatively impact your growth. much love and good luck

Im 12 and have been doing her workouts for summer. I’ve been enjoying them. I feel better and have been sleeping better. Im short btw 5’2 so i hope that answers your question.
