So much of this hit spot on in my life. I feel like I can relate to so much. After years in advertising and then becoming a voice artist/audio engineer for hire, without feeling like I'm moving the heart needle in the right direction, I literally just launched a podcast and don't care if I get a million listeners or none. I'm finally just doing something that brings me fulfillment and joy. Thank you for this conversation 🙏🏻

Perfect. I've been wanting for that "thing" for years that resonates and feels like it'll will be helpful and do-able when you just need to pull yourself into line. I got it. The 5 second rule makes so much sense. Thank you both for sharing!

So inspiring!! Thanks!! And certainly when talking about authenticity and vulnerability, I was also thinking (or silently hoping) that one day you could invite another "real woman", being Brené Brown... Always looking forward to the next podcast... So grateful!

Great episode. That said, in the future, Rob, would recommend you don’t keep saying uh hmm as the guest talks. It’s really annoying. Better to just let them speak. But definitely enjoyed this conversation.
