I just deadlifted 250 lbs and its my first deadlift after 2 months of training my lower back slightly hurts is it sore or injured (I didnt hear any cracks on my spine but its been 2 hours and still hurts)

thanks for this work out. I can't do barbell squats due to a back issue, so I like this set up. Do you do barbell squats anymore at all?

I don't because of my hamstrings. Even though the quads are the primary mover I feel like it could cause an issue. Same reason I don't deadlift any more either.
