Hello, I’m 15 and I weigh 87 kg’s. I am overweight and I do 3 jiu jitsu classes every night, every day and it hasn’t been doing anything. The day today is 23/11/24. I will reply to this message once I lose weight. Please remind me when you see this comment. Edit : I have been starting to feel a different change and see it. I’m now 75kgs, I did do these exercises and a few more from other videos over the weeks. I did a no sugar diet as well for a week, then stopped and did it again. I’m very proud about it and I’ll continue to do this. It’s a very good video and it helped me heaps and I’ll make another edit in another 13 days so please remind me when it’s 26/12/24. Thank you, the day today is 07/12/24. Edit : Hello everyone, everything has turned out amazingly!! I am now 62kgs! I've been doing these exercise's 3 times a day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one at night followed along with some other workouts. Hello I'm 188.9 and 13, wish you luck btw, praying you reach your goal, we have the same goal btw Edit: I'm back and things took a turn, my parents kept buying ice cream and cake on the weekends, and I've always been tempted to eat it, they know I'm trying to lose weight but they still buy it, now I weigh 192.4, I finally gained the courage, to say what I was thinking, and now things are going a bit better, I'm still kind of upset that 3 months were waisted, I mean I could've lost almost up to 20 pounds already, but instead I gained.

If u want perfect body then keep reading my comments 1. drink water too protect hydration...if you are trying too weight loss then you can got dark circles or body affects so try to drink 13+ cups in a day 2. take some rest from 15 seconds then you don't feel uncomfortable 3. Don't eat like animals..it won't let you glow up 4. try some tips too for glow up (not forcing) Try your best bye bye

I’m a young girl but in the past I’ve been called “skinny” “Pretty” “I wish I had your body” But recently somethings changed! All of my friends are super skinny and perfect and beautiful and I’m starting to gain access weight but at my age where I’ve just started my period and all of the hormones I’ve been struggling a LOT! Same! When i was younger, i was underweight and called very skinny by a lot of ppl. Ever since i went through puberty and had lots of changes in my body, i ended up gaining lots of weight that was due to stress. Cuz of that many ppl treated me differently, especially my family, some were happy i gained weight since i used to be very skinny, others shamed me cuz i gained too much weight, which was half true. At the end of the day, I realize it doesn't matter if i gain too much weight or become too skinny. I just need to learn how to balance my body and eat healthy to avoid getting any sickness. Also, AVOID using food as a stress relief 😢 literally how i gained more weight a year later after i lost weight

​@@Theréa-2Not only exercise and workout, you should follow these things too: 1. Dieting. You can do it standard, or then vegetarian. 2. Eating less. This doesn't mean you have to stop eating, but you can cut off some oily foods and fast food from your plate. 3. Drinking water. Water helps you lose weight, and you should drink a gallon of water every week. 4. Sleeping enough. If you're an adult, most adults need 6-9 hours of sleep every night. If you're a teen or younger, you need 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Hope this helps, keep the journey up!

guys remember targeting one area isn’t going to really help. It makes a small difference at the start but it won’t last for long! You have to be on a calorie deficit (lose more than you gain) type of things. Don’t give up if you don’t see progress right away trust me if you work hard to reach it I’m sure you will. I recommend doing a full body workout for atleast 20-30 minutes per day. If you have had weights I reccommend searching a full body workout without weights! (I use this method) if you need some recommendations to good people with Good workouts full body then ask away. Make sure to not push too far out of your comfort zone. For women it can effect your 🩸 cycle if you are going to harsh on yourself! I’m not to sure for men but I will search it up and edit this comment. I’m working out myself since I’m over weight myself ❤I’ll update here aswell for my journey (remind me)

@@priyaharripaul4693 Okay so yes I tried this....but tbh doing only these will not help u loose weight. If u really want to loose weight u have to add up more exercises to it or some cardio...u can even try wight training and walking is something that u should not miss....Also I tried following diet with these exercises still there are no changes to conclude I would say that if u really want results so just give ur body and yourself some time...changes can never be there in a night or a week.... try basic cardio and walking with this U'll definitely get results Hope this helps!

I used to weigh 220 and over the past 2 years got down to 190. I stopped eating after dinner. I realized I wasn’t hungry, just bored. So I started reading and doing clay instead. Don’t be discouraged. We all have our journeys where we’re her hate our body. Don’t do it for looks. Do it to feel good, be productive, live longer, not need to use a cane

Tip: since you have to do 90 of each of these I recommend you stop at 30 and 60 for breaks! It helps and only drink water multiple times!

Pls don’t hate on this comment, but my dad is a manger at a gym, and has been for over 10+ years, and cardio is the best way to lose fat, doing crunch’s or sit ups isn’t going to make you lose weight, that will build muscle to your core, but not help you lose weight.
