I don't know my exact weight but I know it's around 50kgs. This must be good for grown ups but I'm only 12 years old. Even though I was always overweight because of my height, I was quite skinny. Recently I have gained a lot of weight and am getting all puffy. I also had back and neck pain. I'm doing this from 3 days and there is so much improvement and I'm feeling healthy and fresh. My mom says that I'm a bit fat because I'm just growing up. I should not be doing heavy exercises. This lockdown made me very unhealthy. Luckily I found this video and I have benefited a lot. I surely recommend this to others

This exercises really awesome!! ✨ I started this on July 27... Now Aug 5.... I lost 3 kgs!! And also I lost my thigh fat and belly fat fastly!!! I feel my body's perfect structure!! When I started this workout I completely avoid snacks... In between days I eat only healthy food.... And also I ate a balance deit... I means eat less that's all.... Pls try my recipes guys.. @Aarzoo Mumtaz iam not follow any deit plan.... Only control food.... Don't eat white colour foods such as rice, milk,... I think one month I won't take any sugary items.... So just avoid junk food... It's very useful to fat loss... Now I lost 6 kgs in 25 days... Eat healthy foods....I already tried one deit plan INTERMETTANT FASTING... It's also helps me to loss more kgs but now I realize physical workout is best... So do this 8 workout every day with control food... Better result u definitely see it... Gud luck dear!! ✨

starting at 56kg! im gonna update everyday doing this workout once a day day 1: pretty good pretty easy. day 2: went well bit of pain from day 1 no results yet day 3: skipped really tired. day 4: less painful, sweaty after

Doing this Exercise until school starts! I wont be eating too much rice and sugar anymore Goal: 55kg/50kg Started: June 21 Day 1: Done! (Did it 1 time) no changes Day 2: Done! (Did it 3 times) no changes Day 3: Done! (did it 2 times) not much changes but i see 8% changes(till 100%) Day 4: Doing it!

Guys I watched and did this everyday 3 times (1 time after breakfast) | (2 times before I get in my bed ) for a week and I lost 8 KGS . (SPEECHLESS) Because this worked for me I'll be doing this more to loose more weight👀. Thank you so much

I'll be doing this 3x a day for 2 weeks and I'll be updating!! Im also doing 2-3 other exercises 2x a day and cutting out junkfood/snacking, only drinking water, and not eating after 7pm. starting weight: 199 lbs goal weight: 170 lbs day 1: ✅ this 3x has me SWEATING.
