I crocheted 2 things in my life, 35 yrs ago! The pattern was fantastic however the video is superb!!! I was able to see stitches most clearly and learned how to follow a pattern. I tried 3 other videos and none could compare to this video. Strongly recommend for anyone at the beginner level...no problem. Thank you so very much.

Thank you so much for your instructional crochet video! There are lots of crochet videos for beginners on KZbin but yours are so easy to understand & you show your work clearly & completely! Also, I enjoy listening to your voice & love your accent! (I'm from California). You cover all the details necessary for beginners! You rock!

Hi, I just wanna say that I did a pair of these and working step by step with you was AWESOME!! I have been trying to follow other baby booties tutorials, but I just could not get them at all :-( but following along with you and knowing how many each row should have at the end helped me ALOT. I think all tutorials shud have the counts at the end of each row. I think it would help alot of people it did me. Thx again you you were great

Up until about a year ago I couldn't crochet. Then I decided I was going to learn. So I sat down with youtube and many wonderful people on here and learned to make a granny square. Tonight I made my first bootie thanks to you. I'm so happy. Your video was easy to follow. And I love that you went line by line, cause I still haven't a clue as to read a pattern. Can't wait to learn more with you.

I just did them without the ribbing in different colors for my cousin who is expecting anyday now. Thanks for the pattern. Nice fast and easy! They came out great. These are the only booties I can make that the both feet came out the same way. I also noticed that it is better to use a softer yarn to make them. I used E and F sizes

5.5mm is usually what is recommended for the worsted weight, just check the label on the ball of yarn and it should tell you. Using worsted weight they will come out bigger than newborn, they may come out 6 month but I am not sure

I appreciate your videos so much...its just like having my Mom sitting next to me. Especially like how you walk us through the pattern so we can understand the thought process. Question: When you are looking at your directions, and it says to DC next 13 st.s etc.. if it doesn't state which loop to use of the chain, what is the general rule? Front, back, or both? This often confuses me. thanks KT
