13:45 1. Relax your body. 2. Get into the present moment. 3. Feel where the emotion hurts in your body and focus on it. 4. Fully feel what is there. 5. Allow it, be comfortable with it. Open the gate in the channel. 6. Observe pain with curiosity without answers. 7. Allow once again. Don't judge or resist. 8. Do nothing. Be a superconductor.

Also not leading an ethical life causes mental illness
@rosevine0113 жыл бұрын
Just because one person is unethical and cruel doesn’t mean they all are. But try believing that after you have suffered enough by the hand of others. It’s a cycle that you have to learn your way out of by recognizing there is a cycle and the type of people you choose to associate with affect that. Associate with better people and you automatically are treated better. It’s sad how many people don’t carry morals and ethics these days. So selfish that they cause suffering of others unbeknownst to them as they are too wrapped up in their own needs and wants. But that is life. Choose your company wisely. And learn to not take everyone’s faults personally, it isn’t about you anyways. It’s about them. And the emotional suffering that comes along cannot be avoided or we are left with a mess to clean up. I appreciated hearing that.

Even while Leo's taking a break from "Leo-ing"...You can still stumble upon some of his best work; like this one! If you are lucky, in that moment of time you could have been doing anything else, but instead, you chose to listen with such clear intent and concentration to his words; and it was by doing just that; that it allowed the message to ring so loudly and profoundly. And this was that lesson for me today...Thank you.

Meditating on emotions usually brings me a strange joy. It like you kind of enjoy being sad or angry, you taste the flavor of the emotion and really apreciate it. A key point to is not to identify with the emotion. In my opinion living a passionate life is about really feeling all the emotions that you encounter, fully experience them and let them pass. If we follow what Leo said, no negativity will affect us, coz negativity will not remain negativity but just a passing emotion, we need to look at things from the eyes of the universe, nothing is good or bad, just our imagination makes it that way, best is to accept the things as they are, not as how we always relate it to us and look at things Real life is in the very present moment, rest is just an illusion of the mind, present is the very essence of life. Truly Inspired by Leo, Thanks for uplifting so many minds including me, Leo 🙏

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 🙏🏻 I literally cried when you asked us to feel that negative emotion. I followed the steps and I literally felt a huge weight lifted off of me. Hope I can do this consistently from now on. 💕

So far this has worked wonders, I had bottled up emotions that I have finally released fully and I feel so much better, by doing so I have also had time to realise that some of the feelings came from false assumptions, excellent, now im not afraid of the feelings, they cant' hurt me anymore, if this continue working I will support you by buying things from your website and donate - for me this is a total game changer, bottled up feelings affects you in so many ways, even creates stress, anxiety, depression which hampers your life and stops you reaching your human potential. THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS IS PRICELESS

Thank you Leo, this really helps! Gotta start practicing and hopefully little by little I'll be able to control my roller coaster emotions. I've always been an observer of myself and others , constantly looking for ways to grow, but one of my biggest struggles is that I generally tend to have really extreme emotions. Its great when I'm really happy but when I'm really upset it's not pretty. I can get really angry and my ego just kind of takes over and then shit hits the fan. I want to be able to feel it, understand it and let it go in a healthy grown up kind of way. I have a lot of work to do lol...

Leo, whenever I feel i am getting bogged down by negative emotions, I simply burn the energy of negative emotion by fully allowing them.

I think it's rather the stories you tell yourself to back up those strong negative emotions that lead to psychosis. Try to rewrite these stories that you tell yourself.

Have had your playlist "Mastering your emotions" for almost two years but never listened. Today, my bank got shut down for random and just more things kept piling up. I had given up on trying to improve. When you mentioned to relax the body and muscles. Thought I had. Until you mentioned relaxing the stomach. Had forgotten how tense I naturally am. I have back problems and when I'm stressed, I forget to breathe. Emotions are difficult for me especially being an empath. I resist basically everything and I've missed out on basic life experiences. Think it is time to make changes, starting with my walls and my life. So thank you Leo.

Amazing Leo. This is EXACTLY the tool i needed. I thought i was doing consciousness work but was tricked by the ego and was trying this whole time to sublimate negative emotions. Oh man! You cracked me wide open. All i see is potential and opportunity for growth and complete self reliance to my freedom. Thank you so very much! Thank you!

This is like from the Power of Now By Eckhart Tolle. It's very transformative and helped me relieve the anxiety greatly in the time I had nothing to turn towards to. But then I got lost, loses consciousness and the anxiety came back again and intensifies as time passes. I have to follow this practice again to just Allow the emotions to come. They are not the enemy. The thinking makes it so. It would be seriously awesome when I completely masters this. I think I would be unstoppable. :D

*our way of expressing these concepts always attracts me, and nothing, but nothing compares with it-- the tone, the depth of spirituality, I can't put it into words. Your Manifesting Manual is something I can read over and over and soak up. I am in process of making the routine a solid part of my life, and it has made a difference! I LOVE your 12 meditations too! I know I am a different person after 9 months with Super Manifestor, and in process of continued positive change! You deserve accolades every day of the year! Keep on with everything, and as we say in Spanish, "ANIMO!" Lots of love and every blessing to you both.*

In his book "Homecoming" John Bradshaw says that its very important to do what he calls original pain work and to grieve your unmet developmental dependency needs you had when you were a child. He says that this work is essential to reclaim and champion your inner child. If anyone hasn't read that book then I strongly recommend that you do. Its filled with valuable information and advice on how to deal with strong emotions and heal various traumas.

Hi Leo, I have just subscribed here on your channel. I have watched some of your older and some of your latest videos. I especially like the one in which you speak about how not to care about other people's opinion. I have been doing the practise for a couple of days and I am already feeling its positive effect. :) It is interesting because I am a person who always look inside and examine himself. I am pretty much self--conscious in a lot of fields of my life and some of these key factors to a positive and productive life you have been showing us formed naturally in my mind and I have just realised that I have been practising some of them for a while. What you help in is that you highlight these potentials that there are in every one of us and it is indeed very help full of you to show the way how to get the best out of ourselves... .......or I should rather say that you show the possibility for a better life and the road which we should step on and the right destination..... So thanks man and keep on shooting your videos! ( and I will keep on doing my research...) Regards from Hungary. Balint
