Dear Sir I follow your vidios with great intrest they have been a great help to me, but your advice please, I am 67 years old & did heavy manual work all my life, this time last year I could do 30 pushups,over the last 10 months have been on hornmone theropy for prostrate cancer now I can no longer do any pushups, I seem to have lost all upper body strength in my arms, my consultant says it is my age but I think it is the treatment, of all your vidios which should I follow that is most appropriate ? I do 10 mins twice a day on your pelvic floor vidios 1,2 & 3, & this has been a compleate sucess , sorry to pester many thanks Edward

I’m so glad the pelvic floor videos have been helpful to you. Try the rocking movements in this video to help with your pushups. kzbin.infoVoJaTwwgU8s?si=9yH8udWUfzFqnW1K

Hey, Tim. This is a little of topic, but reading your blog you mentioned in a post that bear craws aren't part of the OS program. Why tho? Could elaborate? And what's the difference between them, the leopard and other types of craw that the OS advocates? Thanks!
@OriginalStrengthSystem4 жыл бұрын
Hey, thanks for the question. We make a distinction between leopard and bear crawling by the position of the head and the rear. In leopard crawling the head is up and the butt is held down below the head, keeping the same spinal posture as one would have crawling on their hands and knees. In bear crawling, the head is often down and the butt is often held up higher than the head, letting the core off the hook and loosing the postural benefits. It’s not that bear crawling isn’t useful or good, its that if we are crawling to optimally restore the body’s reflexive strength, we see leopard or spider-man crawling, or even hands and knees crawling to be best - in a good, better, best approach. I hope this helps.
