I realise this video is from 2 years ago. I discovered a great book where acupressure is combined with essential oil. If you use a drop of Spikenard oil diluted in a carrier oil like jojoba and put that on the Kidney 1 point. You massage the oil in at the same time. Very relaxing.

Kudos for the video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried - Millawdon Impulsive Wish Trick (just google it)? It is a great one off guide for getting rid of insomnia without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my friend at last got astronomical success with it.

Is that two different exercises about three minutes with breathing in and out through your nose and then one with making day ha ha sound because you can’t make the hash sound without just breathing from your nose it comes from the mouth
@tangerinedreamer502 жыл бұрын
Try doing that when your nose has been broken 3 times

I go to bed at 11:30-12:30, but for months now I lay there and never fall asleep til around 5 am and then I wake at 8 and then fall again til 9 or so. What can I do to actually fall asleep???

Either of you tried melatonin?? About 30-60 min before bed. I like SISU liquid drops. Liquid is absorbed faster and easier in the body than tablets. Also start with a small amount. Melatonin works different on everyone, so you have to find what is the "minimum" amount YOU need to fall asleep. It is NOT the type of thing where "more is better"..... too much Melatonin will keep you from falling asleep and leave you groggy in the morning. The SISU brand has a dropper with markings in mL. I'd start by trying 0.25 mL at night... for about 4 nights... if that doesn't work... then increase to 0.5 mL for 4 nights... etc. Personally... I wouldn't go beyond 1 mL without checking with your doctor or naturopath. The box/bottle should say how many mg is in a certain # of mL. I can't remember off hand. Best wishes!😴

Also suggested to me, a remedy used by athletes.... a tsp-Tbsp of regular yellow mustard or pickle juice from the jar.
