Here is a written full planche guide, maybe it can be of use for one of you guys: 1. Straight arm flys - keep your arms locked, shoulders pushing straight forward, hands should be by your waste line. Hold your legs forward to simulate full planche position. Do at least 10 reps in perfect form (high and low) before moving to step two. 2. Elevated reversed leg raises - legs should be locked, core and the rest of your body should be completely engaged. Hold a couple seconds every last rep. At least 15 reps + hold 15 sec. 3. Planche leans - push up position with thumbs forward in a slight pike position, lean forward starting with your chin until your hands reach your waste line. Push your shoulders down and round your back in a “scared cat” position, arms completely locked out. At least 10 reps. 4. Planche lean holds - hold the furthest position you can. Hold hands at your waist line. Hold perfectly for at least 10 sec. 5. L-sit to tuck planche - place your hands down with your fingers laterally away from you. Twist the ditch of your elbow away from your body. Solidify your L-sit, then lean forward, tuck in your legs to your chest and push your arms and shoulders down as you lean forward. Get from the L-sit into a tuck planche position with your back horizontal and flat. Change between the positions at least 7 - 10 reps. 6. Tuck planche hold - start with your arms locked out in L-sit, lean forward while keeping your arms locked. Hold for 15 -20 seconds with perfect form. 7. L-sit to full planche - start with a L-sit position and transfer to a full planche position while keeping your arms locked the entire time. In the beginning, you may use a bit of momentum to reach the full planche position. Increase that hold by trying to maintain the hold training it every minute on the minute until you can’t anymore. Hold for at least a second or two before moving to the next step. Slow down your momentum, until you can do it for at least 5 reps. 8. Handstand to full planche - have your arms already locked. As you begin to decend, you want to decend slow and controlled squeezing every muscle in your body. Hold your legs straight and tight together with your toes pointed. When your body is horizontal, solidify your hold to maintain a full planche position. 9. Full planche raises - hold your hand flat on the ground or use parelettes. Just like the planche leans hold, but by this time you should be able to lean a lot more forward and push and lift your body with your arms locked. Lean far enough until your feet get off the ground, and then come right back on. You should be able to full planche at least 10 reps a second each. 10. Full planche hold - attempt to hold a full planche once every 2 minutes. Continue that training for as long as you can and keep working out steps 1 to 9 as well. Succes achieving your goals!! 💪🏼

The most amazing thing about your VLOGs is that you don't try to be funny unnecessarily and nor do you waste the seconds of the video by putting in some random animation intro like most of the others out there. It's 15-20 minutes video and it's 100% content with the smallest of details that would actually help. I tried & switched over 5 gyms in past 3 years, but failed to keep up consistently. But now I've been consistent for around 3 months and I look forward to train at home kinda everyday (obviously breaks included for the repair), unlike the old gym days when it used to be more like a boring task for me. Keep up the awesome work. Mad Love. ;)

Ok, I'm going to learn this and give yall updates as I go along. Day 1: I can do a tuck planch for 2 seconds. xD Day 2: I worked on my form and held the tuck planch for 10 seconds. This is going faster than I thought. Day 10 maybe?: It's certainly coming easier, but I haven't progressed that far past the tuck planch. Day idk: I have no idea how long its been, maybe 2 weeks. I held the tuck one for 18 seconds. It's been three months: I can do an advanced tuck planch for around 5 seconds, and I can do a handstand into a tuck planch.

@@halshomhamad6519 Ah I forgot to update this thing. I can hold an advanced tuck planch for about 5 seconds. Im getting closer to holding the straddle. In this time I've also learned how to do a handstand push up and do a 1 arm L hang.

It's almost a year I am trying to do planche, it took around 8 months to prepare before I start training planche. I wanted to increase my weight this year, but I did it too fast that my relative strength are getting weaker, but then it's all normal Right now, I could do advanced tuck planche for 3 seconds, I know it's not much, but I did train for other thing like iron cross and muscle ups, it's still good tho, I'm very satisfied to be able to do advanced tuck planche because thats like the intermediate level type of thing
