Keep in mind, I do many other active things throughout my day. I'm an MMA fighter and cross country runner. I recommend doing other activities such as walking or cycling throughout your day to see the results sooner. But everything takes time, so don't get discouraged!!!

updating every day for a week to show my progress! :D day 1: i can feel a slight burn - some of the workouts were more difficult than others so i had to try hard not to take a break whilst doing some of them, but overall it went well and i feel great :)))!! day 2: got a little easier but was still tricky. no difference yet obviously ^^! its going well day 3: i can feel it getting easier! hi!! so i forgot to update for a couple months but i just want to let everyone know that ive still been doing it almost everyday and its gone well!! my body has changed noticeably, my stomach is flatter, and im actually generally a lot healthier! i didnt quit!! :,D

I’m going to do this workout along with a Wonyoung 7 min pilates workout and I will try and eat more healthier. I started doing it since January 1th 2024 and i want to glow up before summer starts! Current weight: 54.8 kg Goal weight: 46-47 kg Day 1✔️ - it burneddddd but it was so worth it!!! Day 2✔️ - did it but I binged with snacks :( Day 3✔️ - i ate healthy and after doing this workout I noticed a little of the ab lines and I am so proud!! Day 4 ✔- done! it started to become easier a little! Day 5-9 ❌ - i wasn't motivated and i failed eating healthier but im going to try again! Day 10 ✔ - proud for jumping back into my grind ( i also started doing other workouts and ate 3 meals ) Day 11✔ - done! Day 12❌ - busy day Day 13 ✔ - done! Day 14✔ - done! Okay so I will stop here bc I got bored of the exercises and they've gotten easier but I've noticed some abs forming even if i didn't eat healthy so this definetly works of you diet also!!!

Im overweight and tired of feeling exhausted and disgusting all the time [plus ive been bullied for being overweight] and im doing this so i feel better about myself and so i can be more active. I just hope i will stick through it. My goal currently is to stick with it for a month fingers crossed 🤞 Edit 1: i did day one yesterday, and my stomach hurts sm but we're ok 😍 Edit 2: it's like 12 am but I'm going to do it 🤯🤯🤯🤯 [i just finished it, i definitely want to be more frequent tho] Edit 3: I did it this morning, because I knew I wouldn't do it if I waited 😭😭😭 Edit 4: I did it before I showered 💪 workouts are getting easier 😍 [starting to see results, such as my stomach slimming down] Edit 5: Finished it again 😊😊😊 had to take a few extended breaks but we're ok! I feel great tbh ❤ Edit 6: almost a week in ❤ workout was extra hard bc I barely got sleep 😂 Edit 7: I did it today!!! It felt nice 🫶

Current Weight : 70.3kg Goal weight : 60kg I started this today together with 15 minutes walk. For diet I’m doing intermittent fasting from the morning till 1pm. One large meal I want as long it’s balanced between protein, veggies and carbs, coffee and 1 snack of choice. I stop eating at 7pm everyday, and one cup of herbal tea before bed, and lots of water throughout the day. Will do weight check once every week. Day 1 ✅: it went well, kinda feel hungry but surprisingly energised. Day 2 ✅: completed! I’m so tired tho

Doing this workout for 1 month!😭 Current: Weight: 43.12 Kgs Height:159.5 cms Goal: Weight: 40 Kgs Height: 164 cms Day 1: Its didnt hurt asuch because I have done many before including Wonyoungs workout... But It burned alot! 😅 Day 2: Its was better, It burened but not as much as Day 1 but U need yo drink alot of water or ur gonna get dehydrated 😅😊 Day 3/4: It was wayyy easier and I 😢started to see the results a little, Not too much! I feel more healthy now!😅😄 Day 5: Missed it cause of health issues 😅 Day 6: It was easier compared to before! The next few weeks r gonna be easy!😁 Day 7/8/9 : I started to see a large difference in my body and I think I don't need to workout any longer cause I got the results, Maybe i got the results very early cause I'm already kinda stronger before too and I grew a little too, I checked my height on day 8 and I grew 2 cms, But I will continue doing the workout for another 2 weeks Day 10/11 : Still holding onto the workout!💀 Day 12/13/14 : missed Day 15 : Done ✅ Day 16 : I think I will do it for day 20 cause I really don't need it anymore cause I got the results and for the record I did it both after waking up and before going to bed so I got the results fast! 😅😊 Day 17/18 : I don't know how Kazuha does this EVERY SINGLE DAYYY😅 Day 19: I'm so happy I have achieved this soo fast! @@sreshtap5689 If U keep practicing, It actually turned out very well!!! I had to do it for more than 2 months but if you want results fast, U have to do everything. But don't pressure yourself, I almost felt like fainting a lot of the time. I recommend drinking a lot of water and rest for at least 20 seconds after each workout....but If u want results fast, U have to do everything! It works pretty well so yea! U can do it!!!

As a dancer, I'm supposed to keep a pretty fit body, but recently I kinda got out of shape, so I will be doing this for one week and tell you guys what happens. Dieting: As I am still a minor, I am unable to diet or fast. But what I do is control how much I eat each meal. For breakfast and lunch, I can eat quite a bit, but for dinner I try to eat as littl e as possible. And also if you have to eat something right before bed, It's best if you get rid of that habit. DAY 1: I did this workout before bed, I don't see much changes DAY 2: I did this workout after dinner, again don't see much differences DAY 3: I did this workout once, right before bed, and also this was after a very tiring day. My legs feel more tired than usual days, which is probably because I did 1hr of swimming today. But I feel like I'm starting to see small changes. My stomach doesn't feel as big as it used to, and I feel like it has started to go down. DAY 4: Just like yesterday, I had dancing till pretty late, so when I got back home I had to shower and stuff. But that didn't stop me from doing this workout. Around 10:51 PM, I started doing this workout and I finished it at 11:00. Near the end, probably because of dance, my legs were feeling really tired. But so far, I felt that my ab muscles are starting to get a bit tighter, but I haven't exactly went down any weight. DAY 5: For some reason, today’s workout felt very tiring… it might be a possibility that my period just came today. It looks like my waist became a bit tighter, but the fat isn’t gone yet. Maybe we have to do it longer for one week DAY 6: I had a very busy day today, so I wasn't able to add this workout in, however I did walk around a lot, so that might substitute for this workout. I also did have dance today, so that could also somehow substitute for this workout. Tomorrow is the last day, I can do it! DAY 7/ LAST DAY: I can't believe I reached it to the last day with taking only one break, which was day 6. Because usually when I do these workouts, I give up on the second or third day. But I've persevered for this one. I would just say that one week made my stomach a bit tighter, since I already do lots of activities daily, and I'm active throughout the day, so adding this workout might make it easier for this workout to work.

Gonna do this for MONTH!! Start - 20 august Finish - 20 September ✅1 day - it was hard with the jumps in the end, but still did all the exercises ✅2 day - today was a little bit easy, but with the jumps is still hard ✅3 day - wow! Today was easy (with the jumps is starting be a little easy) I can’t see results (I will try to do 2 approaches) ✅4 day - did 1 approaches (gonna write soon if I will do 2nd approaches in evening) ✅5 day - did 2 approaches , feeling tired.. ✅6 day - did 1 approaches + i did Jennie+Lisa+Jisoo workout (from BP) and wonyoung workout (form IVE) (okay, today i am energetic..₽ ❔7 day - i didn’t did this workout, but i did rose (from BP) workout, and 2 other workout for abs (le sserafim) 1 one is easy and 2 is super hard ✅8 day - did 1 approaches (i can see the results!) is really good when you doing this workout + some other (i did workout Karina from AESPA too) ✅9 day - did 1 approaches (I didn’t do more workouts cuz my legs hurts) ✅10 day - did 1 approaches ✅11 day - did 1 approaches (i don’t have motivation..) + i did Wonyoung workout (form Ive) ✅12 day - did 1 approaches (tomorrow i will take a break) 🛌13 day - BREAK DAY!!

Updating you guys every day! current weight: 47kg goals: 43kg-abs WEEK 1: Day 1: ✅I had trouble doing the side plank/knee crunches (no changes) Day 2: ✅I still had trouble doing the side planks/knee crunches but I'm probably not positioning myself right if my ankle hurts😭 (no changes) Day 3: ✅ I still had trouble doing that one exercise. (no changes) Day 4: ✅ That exercise is now a tiny bit easier :> (no changes) Day 4: ❌ I took a little break (my stomach got a little flatter) Day 5: ❌ Retook a break (no changes) Day 6: ❌/✅ I got a cramp halfway for some reason which hurt BAD (I get a tiny less bloated) Day 7: ❌ I went to the mall for boxing day which means I could not do it (I walked a lot tho) Results: on day 8 i did it 1 1/2 times and the same with day nine so i lost 1.1 kg and i did not diet cause i ate like popeyes and sugary stuff im now at 45.9 kg no abs sadly but atleast my weight is down!

Planning to do this for a month. Will update. I’m 18, a girl and weigh 56 kilos (I’m 170 cm tall). I gained 4 kilos over the summer and now I’m trying to get back to how I used to be. I’m on a calorie deficit (1200 kcal a day). I’ll try to do this every day (skipping Sundays bc I do indoor snowboarding then). I’ll try doing 2 reps a day. DAY 1: ✅ Some exercises were harder to do but I managed to do two reps DAY 2: ✅ Was tired after school (came home at 8pm lol) but managed to do it DAY 3: ❌ I was at a sleepover so I couldn’t workout but I did burn like 230 kcal from walking DAY 4: ✅ Did it w/o much issue. Also did a lot of steps today so that’s a plus (Also I may be trippin but I think I’m seeing a faint abs outline) DAY 5: ✅ Sunday so I went snowboarding DAY 6: ❌ Took a break DAY 7: ❌ Period started and my cramps the first three days are horrible so I’ll come back to it most likely on Friday DAY 8: ❌ DAY 9: ❌

I’ve heard some of my friends or parents say that it’s good to start young because you’ll have experience when you’ll older, and as a 10 yr, I’ve been doing this exercise for about a month and I’m starting to see good results! The Le sserafim workout has gotten easier for me and I’ve lost some weight. My waist lost some weight and same for my legs so Im really happy about how much I’ve come to, thank you for sharing this workout with us and for helping us to reach our goals!

As a person who started working out at your age, please don’t do this to your body! You’ll most likely lose the weight around middle school. Although I’m not advising to never workout, simple stretches and exercises would do the job of becoming stronger. But I’m glad that there are kids trying to improve their health.

I don't necessarily want to lose weight but for those interested I'm : 50kg for 160cm Day1 : I had trouble staying put for some but I thought it would be more painful! Day2: It was complicated that day I'm tired! but i'm glad i did! Day3: i felt bad today so i did these exercises at the end of the day it was painful but i feel better and i did it!! Day4: I don't see any physical change (I don't pay attention to my diet) the exercises are easier! Day5: I don't think I can do tomorrow because I've aches but I succeeded with more ease I feel lighter in my pants Day6/7: I took a weekend break! Day8: it was just too hard i'm tired!!!! Even if I eat badly my stomach remains very flat! Day9: My waist is thinner! Day10: I'm going to stop these exercises it's no longer fun! Conclusion: I’ve not lost weight because I do not pay attention to my diet but my waist is really slimmer I feel better! ThankYouuu

hi guys, I’ve been doing this workout for around 2-3 weeks and the results are amazing! After the first few days the results were literally there and I had visible 11 abs.. my waist went down an inch and once you stay consistent the results kept getting better and better. Shirlyn.. you are a miracle worker, I’ve never felt so good about my physical body thanks to you! This is also a sign to stay consistent with your workouts because like they say you’ll feel it, then you’ll see it and then you’ll hear it! Have fun guys!

doing this for a week every day: DAY 1 - oml the first one killed me bc I couldn’t keep my legs off the ground and the side plank knee crunch thing also bc my feet would slip and I couldn’t stand like her 😭 DAY 2 - much easier because for some reason I could actually keep my legs off the ground for the first one (leg raises) and managed to not slip on the knee side crunch thing! the plank ups and downs killed my wrist tho. I can start to feel a difference! DAY 3

Day 1 - done, side planks are the hardest 😭😭 Day 2 - done Day 3 - done Day 4 - done Day 5 - done, still can't do side planks 🥲👍🏻 Day 6 - done Day 7 - rest day Day 8 - I was so tired I didn't do that 😭 Day 9 - doneee Day 10 - done, I can see some abs lines Day 11 - done, okay guys believe me this workout is so fun to do and also so easy the side planks are a little bit hard to do but trust me you'll get your results in 1 week if you did it regularly so yeah don't quit 💗 Day 12 - skipped (but did lower body workout) Day 13 - guy's I'm tired, skipped

Doing this for 2 weeks: Day 1: My stomach was ON FIRE, the « side plank + knee crunches » was the most difficult for me because I can’t do it like my foot slips every time (I only did 5 of each something like that). Actually I’m not gonna do something else Day 2: I was kind of tired and wasn’t eating « healthy » but I did some football (maybe it’s why I’m a little bit tired). Anyways it was « more » difficult today, idk why and I finally understand why the « side plank + knee crunches » was so hard. It’s because you need to do it with shoes 💀. Anyways I think there was a tiny change ! maybe I lost a little belly ? Day 3: Believe me, I was a little bit tired today but the exercises are getting easier !! I’m sweating so it’s a good sign. Don’t give up Day 4: I was so tired today so it was difficult 💀 Day 5: Maybe it’s more difficult or more easier idk, but anyways I feel so proud of myself after I finish the exercises ! Don’t give up Day 6: I was SO tired because I went to the pool for 2 hours moving and jumping all around like a child (and I fell in the stairs). And I really didn’t eat healthy (yeah) Day 7: FINALLY ONE WEEK, okay I was again tired and really hurt in my left leg (because I was playing like a child in the pool again for 1h30). So of course it was kind of hard, but easy at the same time. Anyways so: -I lost my belly -There are some traces -If you eat healthy, you can have more results ! And I’m not joking Never give up. Day (8): I’m gonna take a break today :) Day 8 (9): it’s really easier, I skipped all the rest or sometimes I just takes 5 secondes of rest Day 9 (10): pretty easy Day 10 (11): I’m not gonna lie I don’t see the results Day 11 (12): okay so I did take some results and I have like a 20-21% of abs (we just see little traces), I hope it’s getting more. (Actually I don’t do the rest now, I skip and I think it’s not longer fun now) Day 12 (13): Idk what to say Day 13(14): Today was hard idk why Day 14 (15): So it’s the last day. -I just see little traces -the last day was boring -kinda disappointed I didn’t have abs but maybe the next day (I won’t retry it) I will see Byee byee

you wont gain abs so easily, especially not in just 2 weeks!! try doing this for 6-8 months- also dieting can help

i used to do a really hard excersise everyday and then my body got kinda used to it and i didnt see any results so sometimes its good to change what excirsie you are doing i found that rally helped and it helped me get some abs (try hikaris exercises)

@@Valenslk so, I haven’t been consistent enough because I’ve been extremely busy, but I can see that my Abs are more define than before and this dress that didn’t really fit now looks and feels great to wear. I also measured myself before and I lost 5 inches! I think if I am more consistent then I’ll have better results, but I recommend!!!

Doing it for 21 days Day 1 : done ✅ it was quite hard for me as i had taken 1 month break from workout. Day 2 : done ✅ I only did half of the time in each exercise but complete all the exercises. Day 3 : done ✅ I did every single exercise without taking break by my own . Even though I'm almost out of breath, it feels quite good as I was able to do without stopping. Day 4 : ❌ I got hurt while traveling so I skip it for today will continue from tomorrow Day 5 done ✅ it was pretty easy to do today Day 6 done ✅ Day 7 done ✅ One week complete ✅ ~ My waist visibly toned down little bit before starting this workout my upper waist was 26 inch and lower waist 28 inch Now after one week Upper waist 24 inch Lower waist 27.5 inch Even though there is not much difference in lower waist but still im satisfied with these results Note - i wasn't having any kind of specific diet even i had more junk food then I usually eat in this week 😅 2 week Day 1 done ✅

Doing this workout for a month! I will give updates( I’m gonna do it 2x a day) Day 1: pretty easy but the sides workouts had me day 2: a bit hard still struggling with the side ones but good so far: done with the last one for the day and still struggling a bit but my squats have gotten better! day 3: a bit easier but I’m definitely seeing some changes in my body, I feel more stronger! done with my second one of the day definitely better! Day 4: easier than the first day! Also I’m seeing some changes not a lot but I’m proud of it!! day 5: only doing it once today since I feel sore but slowly seeing changes 🤍 I skipped the weekend cause I was sore

Day 1: So far some of the workouts were a little tough to do, but I managed to make it through the video! ✅ Day 2: Almost the same as day 1, still tough but I made it through the video! ✅ Day 3-6 (i think?) I had to skip throughout a couple of days due to my period :( my body was NOT feeling it, but i am currently working on day 7! Day 7: ✅ I still have a long road to go! Day 8: Complete! (Some workouts are still tough to do lol) ✅ (Took a few rest days? 1-2 days max?)

всем привет,цель: уменьшить талию и плоский животик 1 день: талия 66см. сложно,не делала до конца 2 день:болели ноги, сделала без кардио утром,не смогла закончить 3 день: сделала утром кардио, все ещё сложнл,не до конца делала упражнения, сделаю ещё вечером 4 день:ноги уже не болят,делать упражнения легче, даже смогла сделать немного ту планку где нужно ногу поднимать 5 день: уже замечаю изменения, они небольшие,но есть! сделала до конца, уже проще,сделала ту планку ,но не до конца

Day - 1 no impact Day- 2 can see myself a lil confident abt my body Day-3 I can see the result my waist was 61 and now it's 59 Day-4 I can see an hour glass body like the bends on the edge of the stomach 😢 Day - 5 can feel the pain but also feel the result a lil bit , my tummy became slim 😢❤🎉 Day- 6 cool I feel the pain and the result too 🎉
