Hii , i just discovered this channel , i had potts spine and my d6 to d12 spine collapsed, after a clamping surgery and 1.5 years of bed rest , i have been thinking of making myself atleast basic fit.Hope your videos help me

I have osteoporosis and appreciated knowing the proper way to lift things, but the only problem is that I have a left knee that is bone on bone and is hard to put weight on that knee to bend down so my spine can stay in a neutral position.
