I did the exercises in this video throughout November. I missed three or four times during the month, but these oversights apart, I was pretty regular. The results are clearly visible, I can see them with the naked eye, but I also took photos every week to get a more objective view. I didn't expect such results! I have clearly slimmed down my arms, they are thinner, firmer and more shapely - they hang much less. I'm 31 years old and gained a lot of weight after my pregnancy, so I'm glad to see that the changes to my body are not irreversible... I haven't changed my diet: I do the exercises in this video, along with the shuai shu video and the video to correct the anterior pelvis. Sometimes I follow one of Imi's belly massage videos which I do on an empty stomach in the morning. I follow two of Imi's dietary tips: a cup of hot water in the morning when I wake up, and a cup of her coffee recipe in the morning. Sometimes I'm not perfectly regular, but I do the exercises as much as possible during the week and try not to go more than one or two days without doing them. I do shuai shu every day, which has become part of my daily routine because I feel so relaxed and energised. I can distinctly feel that it reactivates my metabolism, my digestion is clearly accelerated even though my meals can be heavy, and I feel hungry soon after the exercise! I feel like I'm "burning up". Really, I didn't imagine that I would see so many results within a month, without changing my diet. My arms have become slimmer, I have lost waist fat, belly fat, my appetite is regulated and I have fewer food compulsions; I feel more relaxed and I sleep much better. My posture has also improved a lot, mainly thanks to the video to correct the anterior pelvis: my knees are stronger, I have much less pain in my lower back, my stomach is flatter, my shoulders, neck and head carriage more aligned. In fact, I have more results in 20 days than in a year and a half of wearing orthopaedic inserts... I was going through a difficult period and these exercises are a precious support to get my head above water, to regain energy and to feel good about myself. It's a pity I can't put photos of the evolution of my arms in the comments! In any case, the results are obvious when you look at them. For people who are wondering, really, these exercises work. In one month, trying to be a bit consistent, the results on posture, wellness and fat loss are pretty incredible. Again, I'm not on any diet and I even have a tendency to binge eat. This routine helps me to fight the effects of my eating disorders, and even limits my compulsions. Thank you so much Imi for all this content, as accessible as effective. It has helped me a lot. Keep going, what you are doing is really great.

This is amazing! My arms were cold, sore and firm, no matter the exercise they never toned up. I’ve been doing this video and the armpit fat video for a month and I can now fit my hand around my arm and they are soft and warm. It’s a bonus my breast are fuller as well. Truly this is MAGIC!❤

I´ve been doing other exercises, but not the arm one. I am 63 and I noticed that my arms look terrible. now I´ve done this for few times, feels better, but I hope for the good results so that I am able to wear my partydress for my brother´s daughter´s wedding next month.

IMI you are really truly a Fitness Angel! I am in my 50#s and am feeling so wonderful, whenever I do your exercise s. I love the swinging exercises for the legs and arms. It really increased my lymph flow and made the skin on my legs and arms incredibly smooth., I always used to suffer from bumpy skin and these bumps seem to disappear when I swing. I also love the shaking of legs and arms. It is fabulous before going to sleep. It prevents the restless leg syndrome. Such a game changer for me. I had painful nodules( not cancerous) in the lower portions on my upper arms . For many years , say 6/7 years . These have reduced and almost disappeared after doing this set of exercises.

Imi I want to thank you. I have many injuries and I have been to many physical therapists. They are good professionals but not as upbeat as you are. I felt more stretching and release for the areas impacted by the broken neck and surgeries years ago in this one gentle stretching video than the exercises prescribed for the injuries. I know I will never be as active as I was but I feel more like my old self, you sound like the people I used to exercise with in gyms. Today felt good.

Hi Imi well just wanted to touch basis again with you. I’ve been doing several facial exercises for about 3 months I did take one before photo my problem areas are slow but consistent which makes me happy. I go to gym however I have lots of belly fat and can’t not do exercises at gym for that I have two hernias but saw your video for tummy I was pretty sure it wouldn’t work I’ve done them for maybe a month and my tummy is going down I have a ways to go but pleased already, today I see for flabby arms again I’m sure it won’t work my age and so on but going to try it faithfully gym isn’t helping that area so here I go can’t wait to see if I’m wrong and it’s improves lol, Enjoy you very much !
