How to make banting seed crackers

Crackers for a low-carb lifestyle:
3 cups of assorted seeds of your choice
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of water
2 heaped tbsp physllium husk
Combine everything together and mix well. Transfer the mixture equally between three baking pans that are lined with non-stick foil. Bake at 150 degrees C until it appears lightly toasted. Slice into squares halfway through the baking process. Baking times will vary from oven to oven but it will take approximately 45 minutes.

I never see caraway seeds on these posts and they are really tasty they go great with poppy seeds and rosemary. they hold their own with a good blue cheese as you still get that hint of caraway with the strong cheese.

@@hanane1057 try one of these options given in the link. I haven't tried any of these options myself so I don't know if you will get the same result. Psyllium husk is expensive here too but one packet can be used for many recipes of www.ruled.me/faq/can-i-remove-psyllium-husk-powder-from-a-recipe/.
