Crackers for a low-carb lifestyle:
3 cups of assorted seeds of your choice
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of water
2 heaped tbsp physllium husk
Combine everything together and mix well. Transfer the mixture equally between three baking pans that are lined with non-stick foil. Bake at 150 degrees C until it appears lightly toasted. Slice into squares halfway through the baking process. Baking times will vary from oven to oven but it will take approximately 45 minutes.
