I found this really frustrating . Why no quantities in a list so I can stop the video at one place and find out what to do

Questions: regarding soaking the seeds in water overnight to remove phytic acid. 1) ? Do you rinse this mixture to flush out the phytic acid? 2) ? What if the seed mixture absorbs all the water? Wouldn't the phytic acid still remain within the seeds?

I found the book online but not the recipe. Wishing all the ingredient quantities were given, or did I miss something??

Usually soak flaxseeds. Why flaxseeds not included in the overnight soaking?

The flax seeds should be ground first, otherwise they are mostly indigestible.

Right? I've watched many of these recipes and none mention this! Thanks for sharing this! Very good point!

I agree. In fact, if I make this, I think a coarse chop with a knife /or grind thru all ingredients might not be a bad idea.

You need to grind the flax seeds, they are undigestable otherwise, and you won't get the nutrition out of them.

Yes there are several things in this video that seem to indicate that she hasn't ever really used this recipe. As a nutritionist and someone helping people to live with cancer she should KNOW this information .

Please stick with all metric or all imperial measurements. You first measured out the seeds in grams and then you threw in a few tablespoons of other seeds. Not everyone is familiar with both systems. I know you Brits converted to metric mid-life (as did we Canadians), but you need to be consistent.

Hello Mathew's Friends! Honestly I look at the contents to see if the recipes are relevant to my needs and then look at the video. I pressed on the link..., I typed in the recipe title... There is far too, too much facts on the site. I only found a repeated topic about rainbow coloured ice-cream. I gave up! I did not see the video!!!! I read the comments and practically all had negative comments!!!! I wish you a pleasant day and perhaps you can consider changing your cluttered, misleading video/videos. Perhaps you could also inform yourself about the ingredients you are using, before striving to say they are healthy?Regards M
