One of my favorite salads is tuna salad! It's versatile; you can serve it over a bed of greens such as lettuce, arugula, radicchio, spinach, and so on. Spread it on a slice of bread and make a sandwich to take to work (or to the beach!) As you can see in the video, I like the combination of kalamata olives and tuna. For a healthier choice, I prefer yogurt to mayo. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Tuna Salad
2 cans of tuna
½ cup Kalamata olives, chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
½ cup fat free Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Greens of your preference
