Chef Jason, i dunno, the wings in the Cuisinart Air Fry over come out an even golden brown in 20 minutes with just salt & pepper. Don't get me wrong i love my Traeger, but i dig my Cuisinart too! 😋

I brined the chicken wings in water/ marinade overnight about to pat them dry...did you brine them?

If using wing sauce, when would you apply that?

Never apply sauce until done cooking.. made that mistake and charred the crap out of them haha

At that temp, my wings were at 175 at the 25 minute mark. I have an ironwood 885…. Guessing my wings were smaller than yours. My question is should I have taken them off or wait to achieve the crispy skin in looking for.
