Hello sir... Sir I want to ask one question that is my teacher told me to not do gym , but not exercise. He said If you are student and doing study you must focus on your study mental health..be healthy do exercise but not do gym . Build your career first than body.. . Sir I'm student so can I do both thing at same time gym + study ??

Sir i am a beginner mujhe 3 months hogye hai workout krte huye. mujhe apni strength mein toh difference dikha hai, aur thoda sa muscle growth hua hai. I am planning ki jab mujhe 4 months ho jaaye tab main protein lena shuru krdu. what do you suggest ? My diet: breakfast -- 2 whole egg ki half fry and peanut butter mulltigrain bread lunch -- dal roti chawal, paneer ki sabji aur chicken ke sath jyada roti kha leta hu then workout 6 se 7:30 then uske just baad 4 boiled eggs usme se 1.5 eggs ka yellow nikal deta hu then turant ghar ja kr milk aur agar aur bhook lagi toh peanut butter mulltigrain bread or soya chunks dinner -- jo bhi banta hai khane mein main raat mein der se sote hu toh bhook lagti hai toh peanut butter multigrain bread kha leta hu

I've been training for more than 3 months now but I've just increased my bench press by 20 kilograms. How do I lift more? My present 1 RM is around 135 lbs i.e. a bit above 60 kilograms.

That's good increase. Just keep doing. Only do some more stretching of chest. It enhances your strength.

Hi Can you clarify regarding the risks of working out too much? I've heard a lot about younger people getting cardiac arrests while working out, etc. Recently, the death of the renowned Tamil actor similarly. I have seen this piece of news (kzbin.info/www/bejne/jYSyp6ioraZ_ea8) where they talk about HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I have no clue now...

It's a very bad way of giving support. I am talking about the posture of the spotter.. Your (Gaurav Bhai) hands are in supinated position while spotting him. What if the bar slips from his hand, will you be able to hold the bar in your hand and not let it fall on his (Ravish Bhai) chest..? No you won't be able to. Always use alternate grip while spotting with one foot ahead of another . In this position, you will be strong enough to hold the bar and rack it if it falls off from his (Ravish Bhai) hand. Rest all you mentioned is absolutely correct, like giving light support, etc.
