As someone who works with a bunch of landlords (property management, I hate it and will quit as soon as I find something paying the same or better), I can say with some confidence that the business that refused to disclose their rent is 100% the building owner or is affiliated with them in some way beyond tenancy. It's like discussing your pay with co-workers. Your boss frowns on it because it could hurt them if you realize how much they're screwing some of their employees. That being said, if they are the landlord then there's a good chance they'll turn QT down after she asked that.

If you had two more people you liked and could bounce conversations off of easily, it would have a similar feel to The Yard and would 1000% be funnier and more relatable (at least to me lol). But I do love Wine About It as is, it feels very cozy and like I'm a fly on the wall, hearing two besties catching up. I literally wouldn't change a thing about it. The Wine About It version of The Yard would be a fun treat, though, like a big sleepover where all the girlies (of all genders) hang out and do their gossiping 💅🏼

In football, the offense is allowed one forward pass per down. A lateral or backward pass can be done as many times as a team wants. Laterals are often seen at the end of a game when a team has run out of clock and is simply trying to keep the final play going until they can score.
@chrisray15677 ай бұрын
Right. Lateral passes are rare because they are risk turnovers. That said, some of the best plays of all time involve several lateral passes just before or even during tackles, culminating in a game wining touchdown.

Hi ladies, just in case you see this I wanted to warn Maya, if she's got one or more dislocated knuckles (because her knuckles look like mine) I recommend getting a removable brace. I had mine made by a hand doctor because if it's not stabilized for long enough (usually 4-6 weeks) it will stay dislocated and get worse and worse (irreversible damage). Removable braces are great because they don't have most of the risks of complete braces or casts, but I recommend moleskin for any uncomfortable edges on yours, mine had those. I had x-rays done twice and regular hospital doctors said I was fine. It was only when I went to the specialist that I got real help that worked. Be careful even with the brace though because if you use that hand anyway, even with the brace on, it will take way longer to heal or it will never heal. Mine was fine for 2 months after wearing the brace for 5 weeks but I've dislocated them again since 😅. Hope that you all are well! Just at the beginning of the episode so excited to watch❤! Sorry if this gets covered 😅
