You might be the only actual fitness youtuber that I would like to meet and train with. No bullshit. No hurt feelings. Old school body building. An era that people won't understand.

I absolutely love this guy!! I am a little older them him I think but I come from the same era where people could take a fuc$ing joke or more importantly could take constructive criticism and not have a high speed come apart and be offended and outraged at anything that doesn’t align with what they think or how they see themselves. He is a rarity in the fitness world. Someone who speaks facts and 100% doesn’t give a sh!t if you like it or him. Which makes a lot of us absolutely love his channel !!

I was told by my doctor that I wouldn't see my mid 40's 50's if I continued living the way I was. 24 years old, 56kgs, blood work bad at every reading, depression, anxiety. Being told I was going to die in 20-25 years woke me the fuck up and I signed up at a gym that very fucken day. The only time I've had away from the gym since that day was during lockdowns in 2020 & 21. It wasn't motivation that got me to get my ass into gear, it was fear.

This has done more to motivate me back into doing cardio than anything I've watched, ever. Also, 100% agree on the 'watching what you say'. We live in a world where people literally think, 'you can't say that!". Yes, you can. You can say whatever you want. You just have to have the balls to not be afraid of offending the 'offended by air' brigade.

I think a lot of people think there's always another answer to things and that they're missing out. But it stems from witnessing other people's lives, perspectives,outcomes etc. The need to make sure others will respect you. When in reality nobody cares.

My husband and I both like to work out but honestly we get tired. Those days where one of us is tired and don't wanna go to the gym we motivate each other. Working out is a little more time we get together.

If you don't wanna be here then don't fucking be here. move more than you already move. Apply in all kind of stuff. Maybe overthinking things is hindering you and you should go back doing things that you feel. Don't repeat destructive behaviors. Walking down another street. The mindset is I'm here to get better and just showing up everyday makes the difference.

I tell people this all the time you don't even have to go to the gym just relearn how to eat just start there for a few months then a little tweak walking for awhile then another tweak then another and another until you build to whatever point you want once you do enough small tweaks they all come together and become just every day things like breathing

Idk man… personally I am motivated by people that are doing what I WANT to be able to do… that have the physique I am striving to achieve… I want to push myself as hard as possible… seeing people also DOING THAT is what gets me hype

Both are right. Do whatever works for you. I do 40 to 45 minutes on 15 incline walking from 3 up to 4mph and then go do my work. Sometimes I'll also do kettlebells after my main work depending which demons I'm exorcising that day There's no right or wrong, only what works for you

There's endless humor in large gyms. Every time I see males with large arms and no legs and they load up leg press and calf raises and do one inch fast top range movements with a weird pain bitch face. Their legs never grow and they wear those polyester pants for years on end. Just little passion in 70%+ of the people in chain Gold's Gym i go to. Makes me think of Mike and he's right that some don't belong there.

People who weight train doit because it stimulates their dopamine. For the people who find it tedious then look for another resistance training. The gym is full of people who start their weight training routine in an specific mode and leaves the gym all pump up physically and emotionally. I’m one of those people. You do need to exercise thou, no matter who you are.
