Great job as always man. A fun climbing drill I use comes from Natural Movement; Find a tree that you can climb, and toss a stuffed animal up in it. Then climb up there and rescue that bad boy! With a good tree, you can work on your climbing efficiency/time and/or various ways to navigate its structure to add variability. And Hanging Crunches! (If you can find a strong hanging bar) They will solve all of your lower back issues, & they are on point for Goku

On handstands, have you ever tried "frog stance" to handstand? I find it aids that core better than kipping up into it

Tbh I achieved handstands by working out my shoulders separately then pushed up from a headstand, very controlled and stable, it might help

@@fuckmedude8167 He probably did shoulder press or maybe overhead press. If you haven't trained your deltoids before you will probably see some massive strength gains there as long as you are keeping the intensity of the pressing high.

It would only make sense that for the absolute king of workouts and chalistenics, a single workout video wouldn't be enough. Love the idea of following the "goku lifestyle" for a month. And also love the fact that there will be a follow up, with his second type of training. Your love for the character is showing, man. You are a big man, one of the best youtube channel I follow. Hey Jax I think Goku is the epitome of the five components of physical fitness. I’ve seen Goku incorporate muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. His body composition is a by product of his eating habits, rest, and training. Just like Goku, Jax you inspired me to get my exercise science degree. So thank you Jax!

I really appreciate this video, especially the talk about your mental block on handstand push-ups. Personally for me it’s swimming as I almost drowned about 5-6 years ago,and even though I know I need to properly improve and overcome this because I want to and am definitely physically fit enough, I’m not ready yet.

I'm glad you touched on different variations of doing exercises because speaking as someone who has struggled with pull-ups the close grip pull-ups are the best for me and it's crazy because my friend was saying that those push-ups we're not going to build up my back at all and that I should only be doing wide grip pull-ups. I've literally been going through years of trying to come up with the best exercises for me to not only get a good physique but become stronger and one thing that I've learned from you is just to try the workout and see what's best for you and I got to say even at 37 I'm still learning but I'm getting better results. Keep doing your thing brother because guys like me are watching and are getting help and more confident.

I've been following you since you had like 10k subs and I followed your TLTT (especially the mikasa, rock lee, the MHA academia, the cold showers one the baki and kengan ashura one). I’ve found that i would do a big workout on a particular day and that for the next 2 or even 3 days I don’t have sufficient energy to train again. I haven’t slept very well, I feel sluggish, I feel light headed when bending over and I finally understand why. I have totally overtaxed my Central Nervous System. I can’t believe I didn’t realise that before. Workouts I intended to be 1 hour ended at 1 1/2 or even 2 hours and I have totally gone way beyond what I should. I have to do fewer exercises but make sure they are worth doing. Thanks again Jax!

Really love this SIr Jaxblade was actually training right now with a saiyan training menu that I personally made after coming from a hiatus with the pandemic effects starting last month and actually it really did help me with bodyweight movements like how you mentioned in this video ( nw studying sports fitness management for college rn) and I look forward to the weighted training vid you would do for vegeta

Cant wait man. loved the vid. Dont know why i didnt start training younger at this point. Your a great inspiration from one chocalate man to another. I wonder if we could do a piccolo inspired fight your own recording. Like record yourself fighting for 2 mins the play it back and dodge/counter like shadow boxing. Haha btw don't want yah to get scared of styrene bro, it would take way more than your pair of mountain climbing equipment before you get cancer, besides styrene is used to make a lot of things like insulation or styro cups. I would recommend to start handstand against the wall for like a minute I'm a gymnast and when I started at like 6 or summat that's what we did

I feel you on that shoulder injury stuff. I injured my shoulder a while back and it kept me from the gym for a long time and even now I'm fairly intimidated when I lift anything remotely heavy (50lbs+). All my exercises got totally fucked over and it's hard to get back into motion mentally afterwards.

I was excited to see what workouts were designed for goku only to find out that ive been training this way for a long time.. high rep calisthenics are definitely difficult but you will feel stronger than any weights could ever make you feel Great video jax, keep up the good work

Hey brotha, I have a question. Is the reflex bag you are using a decent price? I've spent 7 months out of my Muay Thai since the pandemic began which prevented me from training/teaching with my students. I'm honestly bored to death of shadow boxing and wanted to know if there were any specific brands you would recommend. Any help is appreciated. Please and thank you! 🙏

the reflex bag is a really interesting idea. I wonder if that could lead into you doing another Luffy tough like the toons video someday but this time incorporating his haki into the workout. Like stuff to improve dodging abilities which can be like improving your observation haki and workouts that increases your durability and make you tougher which is like improving armament haki. A video like that would be really cool, as always incredible work on these videos man!
