Welcome to my first new Supermarket video of 2025. I've managed to find a new store that has only just opened in Russia days ago. Food City Express is a spin of from the very famous Food City Food market. The largest food market in Russia with over 2,500 vendors supplying food from more than 53 countries. How does this supermarket compare to your local shop where you live? If you might like to follow my daily travel, I post content on Telegram: t.me/travellingwithrussell Perhaps you want to buy me lunch or help to support the channel and my on going travels: 💳 (Russian Bank Deposit) Sberbank: +7 916-313-0982 💳 (Set up for Everyone) www.donationalerts.com/r/travelwithrusell 🛒 Shop for items on Amazon: www.amazon.com/shop/likecruiseships 💵 PayPal (Non-Russian) www.paypal.com/paypalme/ilikecruiseships

We are from Manitoba Canada and love your videos. Amazing selections and prices for food. Our country has been completely destroyed by poor government and 25 percent of people are poor and have to miss meals as everything is so expensive. We have tent cities everywhere as people can no longer afford rent or prices of everything. Keep up the great videos and have a great New Year!

@stephenr6913 Myself like millions of other Canadians would move if we had the opportunity unfortunately so many of us are so poor that there is no extra money at all. Most of the rest are only 1 paycheck away from total poverty as well. Most of us are just stuck with dreaming about such an opportunity as that is free!

@@erikstenviken2652 Russian chocolate is not as commonly found in Sweden as Swedish or other international brands. However, you can still find some Russian chocolate in Sweden through online retailers or specialty stores that import foreign products. Websites like Ditt Svenska Kafferi offer a variety of Swedish and foreign chocolates, including some Russian brands. Additionally, you might be able to find Russian chocolate in larger supermarkets or stores that specialize in international goods. For the most up-to-date and specific information, it would be best to check with local stores or online retailers that stock Russian chocolate.

I see we're back to flogging the non-existent food sanctions again. lol. So I gather this is a major grocery chain, that has spun off a smaller high-end neighborhood convenience store/cafe version of itself for urban areas. Russia has such low unemployment. I will say, the geographical area located by the river is more esthetically appealing than some of the other locations, but those freezing temperatures are a killer. 😁 The convenience mini-mart is very clean and well-organized. I finally did see some fresh fruits and vegetables so that's a plus, as I wouldn't consume most of the other junk food. In the US mini-marts are usually more expensive and are often attached to large gas stations. Also, most food related businesses unless located in an upscale area never encourage loitering. In fact, I think Starbucks is initiating a policy only permitting customers to hangout. If you don't buy anything, you're not welcome. 🤑

That’s an interesting take, but let’s not forget that while Russia may manage inflation to some extent, it does so at the cost of a more isolated economy, severe sanctions, and limited access to global markets. Meanwhile, the U.S. economy, despite inflation challenges, still operates with much more international engagement and stronger institutions. Avoiding inflation doesn’t mean you’re doing better-it might just mean you’re cutting yourself off from global opportunities

@@ARCofRESISTENCE это иллюзия. Россия не является изолированной страной во первых, а во вторых товары в России стоили значительно дешевле чем в США и до начала санкционной вакханалии, которую начал первым кстати некто Трамп в свою первую каденцию. Therefore the king ordered to fry the last pic and to throw it out of the castle for the enemies to eat. A fantastic False Flag…🎉 The enemies left, thinking it would last much longer and it would be a nonsense to wait for the owners to give up… In Russia, every day are bloggers showing now any video how supermarkets are opening… just to suggest, that sanctions aren’t working…and how great Russia is…but to be honest…tic toc tic toc…
