Housework (cooking, cleaning, etc.) is a form of manual labor and in fact harder than office work. Yes, if we see manual labor like plumbing, etc. it can be hard as many women (present time) were raised and brought up to think that all the manual labor (like building roads, etc.) outside the house is mostly done by men and they don't have to do it as it is not appropriate for women. But if it starts from scratch they would be easily able to do it. Maths and science are easy but girls are discouraged a lot in that field so they don't often pursue it. Example of someone who discourages them is you. Its easy for women to manage it if they are encouraged and given the opportunity.
