It is irrelevant now. Dan Mullen was hired to be a yes man for Stricklin. Stricklin and the UAA have tasked him to say nothing to the media and post a 5 or 6 loss season every year. Mullen is good at saying nothing and losing 6 games.

Only problem is recruiting and that is on Mullen. He ranks out of the top 10 in that area. You cannot have stars go to the NFL every year and reload every year like GA or Bama or Ohio State, etc if you are not in the top 10 in recruiting. Throw in the fact that he has really good access to FL recruits which are ranked at the top nationally and there is obviously something wrong. Mullen was brought here to recruit like Meyers did years ago but that hasn't happened. Bama, GA have a lot of guys go pro after 3 years and they don't skip a beat as a program. That's because they recruit in the top 5 every year. It isn't rocket science.

Scott Stricklin has clearly spoken about Dan Mullen. 6 and 6 is about what to expect for the future. A state of the art $120 mil football facility will be useless as Mullen continues to gloat in his 7.6 million. 4 years and he has dismantled this program. Dan will NEVER be fired unless a Cam Newbauer incident arises. Get used to losing and being the runt of the SEC. Grantham and Dan are here for the long haul. 6 and 6
