Or "Hearsay Exceptions; Declarant Unavailable" . "(5) is absent from the trial or hearing and the statement’s proponent has not been able, by process or other reasonable means, to procure: the declarant’s attendance, " . Which Bryan used his rights not to attend the hearing. . So the investigators claims as to the Bryan's statements can be admissible. . And while you may not find the physical evidence, on its own, to be compelling, it's still physical evidence that can be presented to the court.

Bryan’s lawyer has got to be on drugs if he thought that anyone needed his client’s testimony to get the job done. Nah, that’s not needed, all three would eventually get sunk with or without his testimony. Many people thought that the video was needed to put them in prison but even that wasn’t essential. All that the video did was expedite the process. The GBI was hot on their trails already. A lot of information was given by Travis already and lies were told, laws were broken. The video was only the icing on the cake.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. This case also involves cover up and corruption. I expect the two attorneys to be charged as well as people on the police force.
