Economy and efficiency, everything the Chef needs must be properly placed , within reach , to reduce wasted , unnecessary movements,....which causes physical fatigue . I have cooked 10's of thousands of hamburgers 🍔 in my lifetime working at as a short order cook at a poolroom. ....The Burger Master .
Amazing dishes especially the egg and rice with gravy. I really liked their outfits with the boots so cute. Chef has great skills😊🙏

Its a really tiring job to own a restaurant. Huge respect to all the cooking and non cooking staffs. Am lucky that even here in Mauritius 🇲🇺 we have these dishes 😋

This is world class cuisine achieved by a sheer unimanginable amount of work. Absolute TOP! So sad I am too far away to taste these marvellous dishes.

I worked at restaurants for years, and one thing I notice, is no talking between Cooks, except between expeditor calling out orders.That is what I call experience, and knowing what is going on. Bravo!!!

I've worked on the grill and fryer before. 400-600 degree heat and my hands have gotten used to it. There's no way my hands would be able to withstand the heat on his wok he's using. That flame would burn your hands so quick from how close that is. Dude hands must be cement by now with no nerve endings.
