Steelers fans. Do not get mad with James Harrison...get mad at the Steelers for letting him go this close to the Super Bowl. They could have easily held on to him and used him until this season was over. I can't stand the Patriots but if I was an NFL owner with the possibility of picking up this stud and from a potential team that I may face in the post season...I would have done the same thing. I always think its crazy how hard core true fans of sports "including myself" talk about players not having loyalty to a team but the teams are the ones making the moves not being loyal to their players. I'm still blown away that he was let go. I still remember an article where his son received a participation award on his little league team after the team lost a game and James asked the coach why did his son get a trophy for losing a game the coach said something like "we don't want to discourage the kids". James was like "nope" here is your trophy back...I'm raising my son to earn what he wants in life and not to expect handouts for showing up. If James has this type of mindset...you find a way to keep him on your team until he decides to retire especially after the years of wins he has help you obtain.

There just may be a Supernatural force that accelerates the natural awesomeness that is the Pittsburgh Steelers organization. While we will be judged on different criteria than how we devoted ourselves to football, it is my belief that God has rewarded this organization (Rooney Family) due to its legacy of Charity, i.e. Love of God. James Harrison is an example of this. Mr. Harrison, if you ever find yourself up in Colorado Springs for a little RnR, I would be honored to meet you. Pax Christi to all.
