A few years ago my face got pretty badly burned and I was suppose to end up with a bunch of scars (which I didn't somehow, I think sheer luck). Thank you !! You're entirely correct. I'm lucky to live near the capital, meaning most public services are available, and residential areas are safe, but that's not the case for most of the country. Things are also much cheaper in Kosovo, compared to the other European countries , explaining why they'd take much lower wages.
