Been doing this workout every other day for little over 2 months now. Started out with 5kg weights. I'm now at 10kg and muscle gains are starting to show. I know the exercises by heart now so I don't really watch the video anymore but I just wanted to drop by and say thank you very much for this video. It actually made a difference in my life. Much love from a random Belgian dude.

@@idknk858 I can only tell you about my experience with this workout. I am by no means a professional. I have been very consistent with this workout. Never skipped one training (it's only 20-30 minutes). Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun, Tue, Thu, Sat, and repeat. I've also only done this workout. Nothing else. Not too long ago, I was struggling with 7.5 kg (16.5 lbs), and tomorrow I have my first workout with 12.5 kg (27.5 lbs). I wrote the original comment because when I walked into the laundry room to take a shower, fresh post-workout, and my wife was there. She was looking at me with a big smile on her face and sparks in her eyes. The same sparks she had at the very beginning of our relationship 19 years ago. She said she can really see I've been working out. By now, multiple people have said the same thing. The muscles on my forearms, triceps, biceps, and shoulders are all noticeably bigger. I did, however, not start a diet of any sort. I don't want to push it. The plan is to let that part of working out come naturally. It does happen nowadays that instead of grabbing a bag of chips, I'll take an apple or a banana instead. But that's because I want to, not because I have to. Overall I'm very happy about this workout and plan on continuing it for a long time. Motivation now is higher than when I started. Just give it a go, I'd say, and see for yourself whether this is what you have in mind.

​@@RooK085I've also been doing this workout 2-3xs a week for 2.5 months now. Big difference in my upper body. Posture, strength and everything. I used to focus on my lower body mostly just cuz im so explosive with strength on my legs. But I will never neglect upper body again. I actually stopped this workout to leave a comment when I saw yours lol let me get back to it 😂😂😁

I was 6'3, 315 lbs, when I started this exercise regiment, along with your lower body stuff 5x - 6x times a week. I was using two 10 pound dumb-bells. I am now 265 and use two 25 pound dumbbells. Anyway, thanks, guys. Buy yourself a coffee or two.

@@locst4r About 10 months? I paired it with walking an hour or two hours a day and some IF. I was a big boy, so weight came off pretty easy initially.

The thing that I love about your guys' workouts the most is the attitude coming in isn't "get a flat stomach in twenty minutes" or "get huge muscles in five minutes," it's the encouragement of continuing to work and to make progress and I'm all here for it! Continue to do what you do :)

As someone who's been working out with juice and Toya since February and I've lost 15 lb I really hate seeing videos like that. And so much of diet culture is just absolutely wrong.

Yeah, that's unhealthy and clickbaity asf. That's why I like these two a lot. Esp for women lower belly pouch is natural (no your uterus is way smaller, not that prominent and not that high, it's just fat and intestines)

@@iamwhoyousayiam6773 some people never worked out before so not knowing how to properly activate certain muscles is difficult to understand which exercises does what, so understandable and would be helpful if they did add a small section. Thus why they may have not felt the "pump"

My wife and I absolutely love your workouts. Would love to see some stand up ab workouts, how to improve balance, and improve bat wing arms as we are getting older. (over 55 yrs old). My wife and I enjoy working out together and both of you are an inspiration. We are married 30+ years and want to spend many more years together and are trying for a healthier and fit life style. I've been doing this workout thrice a week for the past 4 weeks and Oohlala, I have definitely gained more strength in my arms and my shoulders. My upper body figure reveals to be more sculpted. I love dumbell workouts mostly cuz it's the only tool that's in my disposition at home. I intend to keep on doing it for the whole April month along with some other exercises you'll be uploading that fits my expectations. At the begining it was hard cuz I had been used to only working my lower body out, hence I was tremendously weak in the arms. It's getting better. I can"t tell how much I luv u guys. Found myself recommending it to my friends.

Hi guy's I've been doing your upper body workouts for some years with great results I'm now doing them again from the beginning as a cancer patient I just did 1 x first 3 reps with 3k weights it was just so good to be able to start another stage in my continued effort to keep fit & strong. I just finished this workout. Today was my Day 1 of strength training and this was great! I am a BEGINNER and have not worked out in years and this was perfect. I used 5lb weights but hope to increase that soon. I have 40lbs to lose, but also want to keep my curves, so strength training it is! Thank you so much for these workouts and making them free! I've been doing the same workout over and over again for the last 6 months, once a month I increase the weight (I doubled the weight since the beginning, ,I started at 6kg/13lbs and now i'm on 13kg/28lbs), at this point the 15/20 rest is not enough for me, so I have to constantly pause, but the results I'm getting make me happy, I'have never looked so muscular in my life and I'm nearly 40 years old, I only do it every 3rd day (72h between sessions). Im 16 (F) on a weight loss journey and Ive been interested in gaining some muscle and i found my genetics make it hard to lose weight but easy to gain muscle so thanks to this workout ive only been doing it for a week and i have seen significant difference and increase in muscle in my arms im lowki really happy cuz i can see my progress im gonna keep doing this and i hope to up my weights from 15lbs to 20lbs by the end of two weeks (Update) i didn’t realize how fast 2 weeks were but i started using 17.5 lb dumbells. This workout has rlly helped me get stronger. Ive seen noticeable physical change in my forearms and biceps and I can see how much stronger i am I’m gonna continue to work on this- i’ve also increased my workout by doing 4-6 sets per workout and its really helped

It's been to cold for me to go to the gym. I'm 78 year old senior woman. So decided to go on You tube. I enjoyed your work, thank you. It is hard for me to get down on the floor so sit in a chair to do the floor exercises. Hope that's ok. Will certainly due the routine again.

I have not worked out in almost 3 years, and have gained about 60 pounds. I used to be a gym rat and then on a rainy day, I just stopped. I think I became bored and I could not keep up with the group classes. I just celebrated my 59th birthday and have decided to start exercising again. I am hoping to celebrate my 60th in Paris, so I have to look good. I knew that I was not ready for the gym so I started looking for something simple and slow-paced so that can rebuild my body slowly. I started with a 7-minute workout that I do daily. I then wanted to add more to my routine especially build up my upper body,. I stumbled upon this video and it is perfect. I just started however, I am quite sure that I will improve as time goes by. Later I hope to incorporate some cardio, so hopefully, you have a video for beginners.

Doing this today after a long hiatus. Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ❎ (lazy) Day 5 ❎ (lazy) Day 6 ❎ (lazy) Day 7 ❎ (lazy) did other workouts though Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ Day 10 ❎ (too tired from field work) Day 11 ❎ (suffered acid reflux) Day 12 ❎ (still suffering up to 5days) Day 13 ❎ Day 14 ❎ Day 15 ❎ Day 16 ✅ Day 17 ✅ Day 18 ✅ I can feel my upper body got stronger since my dumbells felt lighter and it's a good thing. I've been doing this every morning since I got back. Will update soon.

gained 30kg due to Binge eating disorder. i was able to improve my eating habits after working on myself. now trying to get back on track and this workout was perfect. I completed a workout in 3 years and i am tearing up. thankyou so much for this video. i am 92kg and 5'1 ft female. 23 yrs old. i am gonna follow your workouts and eat healthy. i am not expecting to lose weight. i want to get strong. this is my goal.

6 months update - i have lost 15 kg so far. I started with this workout, joined gym now, i am hitting the gym 5-6 times a week, struggling a little bit to eat healthy but still so much better than before. 💕🤧

Just wanted to say thanks I lost 8kg in 2 months my muscle mass has also increased by 1.4kg. I am also taking creatine and casein protein before I sleep. I do ab exercises, 10km cycling and one of your different workouts then 3/2 normal weight exercises with a protein shake after. You guys are really helping us !!!

This is a great workout for me, after being out of shape I'm starting out with measly little 3 lb dumbbells, but I will be working up to 5 lbs in the near future, and who knows after that! Thanks for making this challenging yet do-able!

Wow. Just started this workout. I am 75 years old. My ortho doc Says I need to do some upper body work. I was tired after one set was trying to use my 10 lb dumbbells think will get some 5 lb ones. GREAT WORKOUT!!

During my previous attempts at this workout I kept stopping at about 12 minutes (halfway through the second set). Today I am doing it again and instead of stopping and giving up, I laid down and rested (didnt sleep) and came back and doused my head in water. I feel revitalized. Like a dehydrated snail that just got water. I was crazy tired but its crazy how much energy I just got back from that. As of typing this im just entering the 3rd set. Stay hydrated and never give up!

Love the Juice & Toya workouts! When I only have 20 minutes to spare in a busy day, this works really well. Also, love the fact you don't play loud obnoxious music, and you have the beeps to let you know start/end of set coming (if you're on the floor and can't see the screen). So I’m definitely on the heavier side but I am ready to start my weight loss journey to feel better physically and mentally. Started out 3 weeks ago doing this workout routine with 15 pound DB now I’m using 25 Pound DB for the majority of the workout, I can feel myself getting stronger weekly.

I just love your workouts. I’ve been using yours 6 days a week now for a month. I love that you challenge us but it’s totally doable. I REALLY love that you don’t play music with words. I do legs and arms twice a week, then full body.

I like that you added warming-up. Since I have problems with my wrists, I really like that all the exercises are with weights (and not without weights like, for example, push-ups). Good music, little talking...TOP

Mom of 3 here! I really enjoy your videos. I was like okay cool I'm getting stronger until the 2nd set...my arms were screaming! But I know consistency is key. I have been doing your strength training (body weight) video on Tuesdays and the lower body on Thursdays for the past couple of weeks. Thank you for providing quality content! I like the variety! I had my kids try the AMRAP video with me on Monday, we were all out of breath like...oh my gosh has it been 5 minutes yet!! Lol but it was really fun to go through it with them!

This was an awesome workout! First time on your channel. You're a great duo who can build a solid, challenging workout. I would love see more of your personalities and coaching throughout the workout, not just at the top and tail! (I would also love an added cool down/stretch)

Thanks Dianna! Thanks for the feedback! Some of our workouts have a warm up and cool down- we just dont always have time to shoot one within the workout. We film these between our regular jobs so we fit in what we can! We do have a warm up video on the channel you can do prior to any workout that doesnt have one!

I did a mountain hike so decommissioned with super tight calf muscles and hamstrings pain. Been icing all day and Sunday’s are my heavy weight days at the gym. While In search for just upper body routines, I stumbled on this gem! It went perfectly with all the dumbbells I have at home. I did add another triceps exercise as being the top 3 largest muscles of upper body I try to focus on them. This was done superbly well! The tests the reps the circuits were all defined before hand very clearly and then the previews helps a lot to get oriented. Thank you so much!
