Thank you so much Julian for raising awareness. This is such a gift for so many. I've had it all my life, diagnosed at 19. I am 57 now. I work with a FB group to help others to go ahead and take their meds and now be afraid. I was in a coma for 3 weeks at age 15 and I almost died when I was 51. I am better now. Both my younger brothers have passed away suddenly from Lupus. Men get it too. We can get sick and not even know it and since we have pain, its hard to tell. They both got Sepsis and passed quickly. My sister had sepsis this last year and swollen kidneys and no infection, just white blood cells attacking her own body. This is such a crazy scarey disease. I am trying to spread the word for "Lupies" to get to the Dr as soon as they think they are sick. We are a fragile group. Things happen fast with us. Never give up. Thank you so much Julian. I have lots of family and friends that I am trying to help by telling my story. Thank you more than you will ever know. ♥

thank you so much Julian.. i just found out about a month ago that I have ulcerative colitis, and this past Monday I found out I have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.. I am 20 years old.. it helps to know that us with lupus are in your heart. We love you!!!

I Love the song Lucy in the sky with diamonds...I used to dance to it with a little girl called Lucy who had cystic fibrosis before I started getting ill. I'm one of the lucky ones with Lupus, though it took many doctors, specialists and it's all in your head, years of pain and strange things happening with my body. I've made it to my 50's, not sure how much longer I have. I now have COPD, my pulmonologist couldn't understand why ,my lungs are so bad (I met him in crisis in ICU) I mentioned Lupus "AH HA" he said. So many no nothing of Lupus, that theres no real treatment for it nor a cure. We recently lost an extended family member on my husbands side just a year after being diagnosed, like me she suffered for years beforehand. BLESS JULIAN LENNON for helping to raise awareness, I'm very sorry you learnt about Lupus the hard way.

Thank you Julian...I have Lupus and my number five grandson is named Julian...I am 48 years old and hope to live with all five grandchildren not only to see them grow, but to be able to live a life with them that is productive...I can not enjoy summer fun with them as I have discoid Lupus which scars...and I am in so much pain...My thyroid is being researched as of now...I sure hope we find a cure! I love life...
