Im 59 going to use this as a pre-ski workout. Im becoming aware of the importance of the periformus muscle to knee strength and placement; also balance. Your side kick is amazing.

This was great - one suggestion for improvement though - I think it's better on the high knee tap to do 30 seconds on each side.

Loved the workout! I have a question are their abs exercises specifically for upper lower abs you know just below the belly button… the pouch. My lowest abdomen is flat but not able to get just below the bellybutton flat. Thank you!
